Switched my business internet and phone from Rogers to Bell, I still regret the day I made this decision. Bell Customer service is terrible. Called them multiple times, everytime they promised to fix, but they did not. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Stephen_Hurley @Bell_Support Got an email @ 1am from Bell last night, saying: ‘…the interruption of Internet service in your area was caused by a network equipment issue. We expect your service to be restored between 05:04 a.m. – 09:04 a.m.” Feeling doubtful on this…
