@Bell_Support Is there currently any problems in Antighonish NS area? I have 1gb fiber op and download speed cant seem to go above 5mb. Clearly there is some sort of problem because upload is sitting at just about 200mb. Im also getting 10% packet loss.

@Bell I was basically promised 12 years ago that I would have high speed Internet to my house! 12 years later they have no plans no plans to bring high speed Internet down my road. Although one of the small upstarts up in this area is going to have high speed access down my road soon

@NavS0 @Bell Pretty common to only get half the speed advertised by bell in my experience, company scammed my parents for years. In my small town bell was the only option for most streets mine included. My parents paid for 5down 1up but for the entire time we had bell we never once 1/2

Well, @Rogers looks like we're switching to @Bell. You kept cancelling our setup appointments and we've been without internet for 20 days. Spent over 4 hours on phones trying to get things figured out. You definitely lost a long term customer.

Having internet Issues. Called @bell, agent not being able to figure out the problem ask me if it is cold outside, because the cold affect the wires. Me: Ma'am, where are you located? Canada have bad winters, please stop with the rubbish. Turns out she is in the Philipines.
