Been on the phone for an hour now with a Bell rep who has no manners. They're backtracking on the agreement. Rep has hung up @Bell_Support never felt so disrespected by Bell after 10 years loyal customer. Unfortunately he wouldn't provide his name before he hung up.

@Bell @Bell_Support Account cancelled month ago, instead of getting prorated refund, still getting bills, equipements already returned and confirmed. called customer service, looks like they are located somewhere in traffic with lot of noise and have no idea what's happening.

DM's to @Bell_Support on this platform resolved nothing. The lack of compassion and understanding by Bell staff plus the inability to speak with anyone at Bell that would take an interest in the problem was very frustrating.

@Bell_Support It shouldn't take transferring to 5 different agents only for one of them to confirm your account is provisioned wrong after an upgrade which is the cause of your no data. Not that you're over your cap which doesn't exist if they just looked at the damn screen.

@Bell_LetsTalk I am so triggered & numb as I haven't been able to work just survive since #BellLetsTalk started. I broke down due to abuse of leaders @Bell. Bell has continued causing me harm for 13 yrs. How can any of you sleep at night knowing the harm you are causing employees @Bell #Shame
