    @Bell_Support Is there anybody at Bell who can fix account issues? Ongoing horror issue that just keeps getting worse as Bell reps make error upon error.

    @Bell_Support It crashed at the same time the tv did, around 12 pm today. I had reset the modem but no fix. I'm gonna try rebooting it tonight when I get home so I'll send a message after that if it's not fixed. Thanks.

    @Bell after 13 years using your system I’m have technical issues. The only way you can help me is if I spend more money. Bell will not service the equipment that you own. I get it - you really aren’t interested in customer service unless it involves money. I have cancelled.

    @Bell_Support Most people don't have home phones anymore. VISA and Mastercard use your mobile number for 2FA for many delivery applications so not having my phone for several days was problematic. Several days of Bell support drones telling me they had no way to help me was not good either.

    @Bell_Support Finally solved. Bell really needs to fix their procedures. Post COVID, if you have a raspy voice and watery eyes, no one wants you to get on the bus or use a Taxi/Uber so going to a store does not always work.

    @Bell_Support Is this why I get 200 to 500 ping/ms while I play games? I been fine all day but last night I was lagging so bad on my games because of the internet going dumb.

    @Bell_Support is there issues in Charlottetown with service? Internet has been down for about an hour and whole home hub reboot stuck on connecting to internet.
