@AeconGroupInc @Bell_Support hey Aecon and Bell who can I talk to about damage done to my water drain lines from Aecon’s fibre cable install? Not to mention they also cut my Internet cable first…

  • rynmansfield Ryan Mansfield (@rynmansfield) reported

@Bell so since June 21, 2022 you have had a cell phone signal issue on the Bruce peninsula, still no update and no action plan to fix it. Perhaps it’s time we just switch providers. #dobetter

  • JimMon JimMon (@JimMon) reported

@Bell_News @Bell Question: Is Timmins, Ontario finally going to get the upgrade to 4K and receive the same features as Bell Fibe? North Bay and Sudbury have been upgraded a few years back. Isn't it about time Timmins is as well? This Bell FibreOP customer is upset that it hasn't yet...

  • michael_tonon Michael Tonon (@michael_tonon) reported

@Bell wanna stop calling me at work offering me ****? Gonna switch back to Telus ffs

  • Memmy16 Robby Memryk (@Memmy16) reported

Year 2022, they have figured out how a guy can become pregnant but @BellMobility @Bell_MTSHelps @bell hasn’t figured out how to get good rural cell service. #perimeteritis

@Bell It is obvious you never had a job were you were held to accountability.

  • mzadventerous Sim Sima (@mzadventerous) reported

Switch to @bell July 18 and the service has been terrible. I have to call technical support every other day. Technician came on Wednesday and said it has to be fixed by central office. It’s Friday I still have no internet and no one has called. How much longer @Bell_Support.

  • aphasian ChrisGMaybe 🇨🇦 🐈👩🏻‍💻🕊🏚🎞📚 (@aphasian) reported

@Bell You’ve added your fibre networks to every area of Cambridge Ontario except the area I live in. This is ridiculous. People living less than a kilometre down the street have service. Why don’t we?

  • hmgal Lisa (@hmgal) reported

@Bell_Support is no help! My Wi-Fi has gone down 4x today and they can't help unless I reset my PIN. Trust me, no one is pretending to be me and deal with this crap. Time to shop around for a new provider.

Had 3 internet outages in 3 weeks on @RogersHelps and an awful customer experience trying to find out the fix status. 2 out of 3 outages caused by @Bell digging up streets to lay cables. Thank god for @TELUS and their great mobile service, they've kept me working during all this!
