Hey, @Bell_Support! I've been a customer for at least two years now (coming on three, I believe) and I shouldn't be getting 500+ping while I play @Rainbow6Game with my friends in my room, online. I pay 108 a month for this service, why is there SO much ping? I pay on time!

So, I pay $95 a month for my cell with 10gb data and unlimited talk and text. So, @bell offers me a special promotion of 10gb data and unlimited talk and text for $130/month. Yes I’m already a @bell customer. They’re such a phone company. #goodgrief

@Bell_Support Think I’ll post the record of my DM’s tomorrow so at least some can see how “helpful” this service was @Bell_Support

DM ing @Bell_Support with my Rogers data because the Bell home internet is so bad and they don’t know or don’t care to fix it (or answer DM’s). Kinda thinking their commercials might not be telling the real story

@Bell I returned to Bell 8 months ago because of nonsensical predatory pricing. Bell just let me and $400+ a month go in hopes they could garnishee another $15 out of me. At Bell, you're not a customer, you're just a pocket to pick.

@Bell_Support I’ve DM’d you, but no answer yet. Maybe your internet is as bad as what you sell your customers.

@louford1 @Bell_Support I left Bell Internet 2 years ago. After 2 weeks of bad connectivity, I would call and give them my incident number the service man gave me - still they would insist I "unplug the modem...". Very frustrating. Glad to be rid of them.

.@Bell_Support my phone has been down on and off the past 2 months and tech support said it might be the modem. I got the replacement today and the phone still doesn't work and now both the internet and phone is down wtf man

@Bell after being a loyal customer for 20+years you want to put my bill up AGAIN. Your agent didn’t give a care that I am going to look elsewhere for services & didn’t give any options. WOW 😡 #badcustomerservice

@Bell What a crock of ****! A phone connected and only receiving email will NOT use 1/5 of your available "speed" (actually bandwidth). This crap ad is ALL about upselling peeps who don't understand. #shameful !
