    @Bell_Support Dear @Bell_Support - I am just off the phone w/ @Bell customer person - she was magically able to take July 1 movie fee off Oct 5 “current bill” & amount owing immediately reduced. I find it odd it took this long to re-imburse for something not downloaded. Tnx 4 contacting me.

    @Bell_Support With the corroded lines and I’ll consider it resolved. This time we’ve been told they will actually fix the corroded lines so we’ll see if they do that. (2)
