@Bell_Support what is happening with our service? The reason we signed on with #Bell was because of the unreliability of #Roger's service and since signing up with #Bell, the service has gone down three times.

Hey @Bell What's with the random changing of prices each month? Aren't there regulations that require you to notify your clients and respect contracts? Up/down/up/down. Up $6 here, up $0.05 there. Greedy much?

@Bell there is an outage in my neighborhood. Your support staff don't seem to understand how fibre optics work. If there is no light coming out of the cable, rebooting a modem isn't going to change anything.

Me: I've been getting a fraction of the speed I'm paying for and 6-7 times the nominal latency rate for the last six months. @Bell customer loyalty dude: Let me do you a massive favour and waive the upgrade fee for a new modem you didn't ask for. 1/

@amanda_siebert @Bell Just a side note, Weird how all of Bell’s customer service agents are named Dave. I’m thinking they don’t use their real names.

@Bell will lose a lot in revenue over the next coming months if they don’t work a little harder to get service to people underground on the subway in Toronto. People switching over to freedom for this reason solely.. soon I might be one of them.

Hey @Bell is my money not good enough for you? You have to show me ads on the streaming services I pay for? My finger is starting dangerously close to the cancel button. @netflix already cancelled. Don’t be next.

Another day sat waiting for @Bell to fix their service. 2 hours left of the 4 hour window, doesn't feel good. Fingers crossed they show today. #ipayhowmuch #monopoly @crtc
