So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

@CheriDiNovo @Bell None of the above. It's a matter of lack of competitive market or better to say, toxic monopoly. Of course Bad boy Putin will be to blame, it's sooo easy. He is already a devil, so let's blame him. 🤡

@RogersHelps after 20 years of being a loyal customer, your lack of transparency and communication with your customers is leading me to moving everything out from your umbrella. @Bell_Support @TELUSsupport who wants to chat

@Bell_Support My bell mobile connection still horrible, Im pretty much in the same boat as Rogers users, I can't even load text sites with 4 bars of LTE. Constant DC, and no connection msg. I guess bell can't handle having its paying customers use their network outside of normal capacity. Sad

@emarceg @Bell Our internet goes down 5min -30 min 2-4 x about 2-4x a day and 4- 6 x weekly. Multiple calls/resets, 2 tech visits, 2 new modems. No change. Tech told us it was because our neighbourhood had old phone line wires, not fibreoptic. Said he switched to Rogers despite Bell discount.
