So I just tried to add a new phone line to our existing @Bell account (switching my cell over from rogers) and during the half hour of them transferring me between 4 different people they informed me that the Care department was now closed and they would not be able to help me..

@Bell Terrible website. Abysmal phone channel. Slow customer support. Same price as competitors. My family was going to get Bell TV, not anymore. I will call @TELUS tomorrow to switch over to them. Goodbye Bell. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support I did not expect this kind of treatment from the customer service team. Called for the waiver of an unnecessary roming charges which is $100 for 8MB that I was not even aware about it. I was straight away told that we wont remove these charges.

@Bell_Support I’m not requesting assistance, I’m not confused about my internet speed being lowered after my allotment. I am simply pointing out that this is not what is happening. Slow is acceptable, broken is not. I think that’s the goal and in my opinion - ***** business tactic

@Bell_Support I wouldn’t mind if it was just the speed that was reduced, but that’s not what’s happening. Some banking apps won’t even load, ping time and packet loss is huge. Css on sites completely abandoned. Go over your limit on bell, and you get 1990’s broken ugly internet as punishment

Thank you @Bell for another wasted day! First you cancel my internet by accident. Then when I upgrade my service only to be told by the installer 3 hrs later I can't have the service. So here's to 1.5 mbps internet as my 4 kids get older and rely on it everyday

@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell Welcome to Canada’s core infrastructure networks: where nothing works, three telecos in a trench coat take billions in public money & are never held accountable, & not one single order of government will actually do anything about our *trillion dollar infrastructure deficit* 🙃
