@Bell_Support @Bell Extremely disappointed with your customer service team. We called in 6 weeks ago to activate a new service. We were assured that our package had certain things (free Crave subscription and free HBO included). When we tried to log in to Crave, we were unable

@Bell_Support @Bell to do so. We are busy people and couldn't take on spending 1-1.5 hrs on hold with customer service. Finally got around to calling in today and we are told our package does not include the 2 free services we were promised. The service rep said that it is

@Bell_Support lost Fibe internet connection in East York.. been down for 20 mins, do you have an ETA?

  • Teirersias Aaron W (@Teirersias) reported

Okay, why did @Bell have to get rid of shared data plans and force the throttled "unlimited" data on everyone. We had to upgrade a phone today, no choice as it is broken. I was told we couldn't keep it on our shared plan as Bell doesn't offer that anymore. @CRTCeng

@Bell_Support in Oshawa with no internet since 5am. Are we having outage issues? My boss needs to know if I am going to be online. How long a wait are we looking at.

  • DebLaceKelly Deb Lace-Kelly (@DebLaceKelly) reported

@Bell_Support It’s discouraging that you weren’t able to fix this problem. Seems like a weird situation. I am hearing that a lot of people have been having trouble with their Bell Sympatico email lately

  • GerhardMack1 Gerhard Mack (@GerhardMack1) reported

@DMC51450 @Bell Lack of IPv6 is a real problem. The speed problem can be fixed: Dump the HH3000. I am running a small PC running pfSense. I put in a 10gbps sfp+ card. No bell router in place

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@Teirersias @Bell @CRTCeng Not like there a contract change (new device due to one broken). I think your area requires you to put a complaint in writing to the CRTC and not the CCTS (unless things changed). This is likely what u will have to do.
