@Bell_Support Thank you but its to late. I called twice. The first lady, i told you what she said. The second call guy left me on wait for 33 minutes ( just to find my account) and then i hang up. You sholud definatly checq who is answering your customer service.

@ISED_CA @Bell Maybe Bell can upgrade the dsl in my dense southshore neighbourhood from which I can only get 25mb/s !!! I can see the Bell HQ on Nuns Island! Too bad the executives are all in Toronto!!!

@Bell @Bell_Support My bell rural wireless internet has been down for 2 hours now. Looking at down detector sites, looks like you are experiencing problems in the Ottawa area. Aby idea when this will get resolved...it's becoming expensive using my phone data for work...

@ShawnCroninsdog @Bell @andymoir I was surprised to see a letter at all. I'm DMing Rogers to see if there's anything they could do.. if I port my number out I know they'd phone me with a similar offer AFTERWARDS but likely not as a 15.5 year customer

@Bell I have a big truck digging up my front lawn due to a Bell issue. The neighbors tried to have bell installed and this the issue underground. My question is...if they are fixing that issue can they fix mine? I have a wire going to my other neighbors for almost 2 years now!
