@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support This sounds like when I had issues with Cogeco They needed to split the connection to the City the amount of traffic was bogging speed down, through just one "pipe" But they kept playing it to me like it was my issue alone They might be trying to put off infrastructure upgrades

@Bell No way.. we pay extra for additional speed and we have tons of lag. Our internet also drops several times per day. Bell has not been helpful with resolution.

Thank you @Bell technicians for solving the technical issue with the phone lines. Glad to have everything back up & running. Unfortunately the @Bell_Support agent I spoke with via cellphone was zero help!

@ImpairedCRONIC @Bell_Support Techs who are here now believe the issue is in the fibre line coming in to the neighbourhood box and say they will indicate this in their notes…again. They also say they have trouble escalating issues like this, and have been hung up on just like I have been. WTF @Bell !
