@Bell_Support Hello again, last Thursday I contacted you about unlocking my Iphone. I was told to wait for instructions email from apple but that didn't happen. In fact apple's website states that only the carrier can unlock the phone. Am I missing something here. Please help.

It alarms me and truly upsets me when I buy and/or pay for @Bell_Business true fiber internet with 1Gig up/down and get internet speeds like this! @Bell Residential was also exposed by @cbcmarketplace for selling fiber inter to homes without fiber connections. DO BETTER BELL!

@Bell @Bell_Support Message for F. Katsaros, VP Customer Service & Sales. Mail today said my mobile plan "will increase BY $80/month." Spent >1 hour, being told on-line it WAS going to increase by $80 finally confirmed the increase was "TO $80/month." $5 < $80 #grammar
