Ever think about going with Bell internet? Turn around and run far the other way!:) I know some of you probably don’t like these rants but this is seriously pissing me off to a point that I probably will never use @Bell Internet ever again. I called on the 30th asking about a Site Survey of my new apartment to get Fibre installed, as the building DIRECTLY across the street has Fibre and I do not in my new apartment. I was told I would receive a call BEFORE Tuesday this week, which I never got. I called in today trying to see what the hell is going on, because I NEED INTERNET to WORK, and was told that it’s shouldn’t have taken that long, but only 48 hours instead! I told the person over the phone, (who claimed to be a supervisor) that this didn’t make any sense, as it’s been OVER 72 HOURS and I STILL hadn’t received a call or update, and asked to speak with a Team Leader about the situation since I’m just being lied too, in which the ‘supervisor’ told me that I was not allowed to speak with them and it was impossible, and then proceeded to hang up on me after calling him out, as I have been able to without issue in the past. I called back and told them the story, they sent me to a ‘supervisor’, who I asked for a Team Lead, who, WITHOUT ISSUE, transferred me right away to a Team Lead, who told me that finally, I wouldn’t hear back about Fiber until THURSDAY AT THE EARLIEST. So, I’ve been lied too twice and hung up on for making a reasonable request, just to be told to wait even longer, and that there’s nothing I can do about it. So- @Bell are you going to actually ******* help me get some internet or something started by tomorrow? Or am I switching internet service providers? Your call!:)

.@Rogers $15.7B to takeover MLSE and extend NHL deal. Great. I have been a loyal customer for >20 years but the internet/tv renewal process continues to be the dumbest, most convoluted routine staffed by hostile idiots. Well, no more. Hello @Bell!

@RichardCityNews A real shame for the 15,000 households that now have to wait longer for an inferior internet product to StarLink. @Bell gouged us for years before StarLink came along. Terrible decision by @fordnation imo

I called @Rogers yesterday, to terminate my internet service. 10 minutes of being forced to listen to retention offers I have already declined - after telling them I already switched to @Bell! - they tell me they will call me back within an hour to close my account. 1/x

@Bell I will never use any of your products because you keep calling my phone.... I've told you to stop calling and I'm on the do not call list. Not how you get customers back F.Y.I.

@Bell If a Telco like you is asking for handout that is sign we should not support. You build it, you have the capital stop asking for Public money.

@Bell Go away Bell. How many more billions are you trying to take from the pockets of Canadian tax payers, how about you re-invest your own money. It seems like Elon had no issues developing the future in telecoms, your days are numbered for your lack of vision.!
