@Bell_Support FIBE10 service is slow and unreliable. Any updates on price reduction/promos on WHI50 or a higher data cap? #bell thinking it's okay to charge up to $249/month after overage charge on a Basic Service is frusterating. PLEASE HELP....

@Bell_Support hi I the highest plan I believe you can get for data but the speed has been slow lately. For the price I'm paying it should be consistent.

@Wiiggles_ @Bell I would - **** this ****. You'd think that in the middle of a pandemic where people are relying on the internet to make any sort of living, that an ISP would take their obligations seriously. I mean even the worst over in the UK realise this

@senkins @Bell I mean you ain't wrong, you think after 20 + years of my family being with bell, they'd give us a little more respect or you know service. The gov has put into affected ISP's must provide 5-10mbps, LEGALLY & $$$ put into infrastructures, WELL where and when do I see the changes

@Bell_Support I don’t want to discuss issues. This is something as a major company you should know by now. Start treating loyal customers loyally instead of hosing them all the time when they stick with you. Something your company has never understood.
