I call @Bell and they offer $15 credit toward a bill double that when she was paying for a plan that should have given her 10x more minutes. Way to take advantage of a elderly woman during a very scary time for her @Bell The optics are bad @Bell just not okay!

@Bell_Support They can’t get in touch with Bell! They are without power, have no data and can’t charge their phones to sit on hold with Bell. What do they do knowing the situation in the Atlantic provinces and the lack of being able to communicate is a problem.
