    Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.     Hey @Bell_Support your Phone Based AI tech support keeps bumping me before routing me to an agent. Error 1102, and self repair isn't helping. I need to speak with a real person or do you not employ those anymore? $183 a month and I can't even get a technician scheduled jeez.
