@bell_support Spent most of the day with no internet, then tv went. Ryan, rotten customer service rep, with his condescending attitude was useless. Basically I’m on my own to replace a modem or go many’s days waiting on mail. That’s bell’s policy. @CP24 #horrible

@EricLiptonNYT It's ridiculous. I've never had better service from @Bell than after I cancelled my account. I guess they didn't believe me when I told them I would. I still get crappy Internet (being rural Ontario) but at least I'm only paying 1/3 the price of Bell.

Also while I'm on the subject of trash @Bell is awful. I've been a customer for over 20 years and my internet has been out for almost a week. No followup and every one of their policies make me not want to be a customer anymore. Pandemic, Christmas and no Internet. Thanks Bell

@RobertSergiel @Bell_Support And no one will be fired. This is how they operates. Wish the vp would give me a call so I can complain agaisnt all employees who where rude, unprofessional. Unpolite. I have all employee numbers but no one care....
