@Bell_Support my internet has been down since 11am and therefore my home phone and television also. What's happening?

@Bell_Support I'll start here with 2 things that happened then DM the rest but I doubt a Social media rep can help. Selling us on a bundle when there is apparently known issue in our area then telling me if I cancel the home phone (that will NEVER work) everything else goes up in price. /1

TSN Direct just added an annoying mandatory 15 second pre-roll ad to a service I pay $30/month for. Streamers need to decide if they’re ad-funded or premium subscription funded. @TSN_Sports @bell

@Bell_Support Your EU roaming charges have recently increased and become *extremely* expensive - up to $300 per month. So F rom now on I’ll be using local eSIMs, so you’ll get zero roaming revenue from this customer.

Thrilled that @Bell sent a third guy to try/fail to connect non-Rogers internet to my house, and this man just stood here telling me that my house will be torn down by a developer soon, pointed out how crooked my stairs are and then "actually the whole place is". Maybe shut UP?

@Bell_Support almost 4 days without internet in east York. Every timeline prediction you’ve given has passed with no results. Even the Rogers outage was fixed in 2 days. I’m starting to think I’m with the wrong company. This is sad

Surprise, surprise, @Bell is a thief. I ordered a $100 replacement phone for my kid's broken one & promptly returned the busted one. A month or so later, I got a letter from them saying I hadn't returned it. Um.

@myRichmondHill pls put pressure on @Bell to fix unsafe conditions left on properties on Oak Ave.? Repeatedly asking for assistance from them is a waste of time. Negligent behaviour also placing the our City at risk. Please contact BELL and demand compliance to safety laws. ✅

@bell @bell_support I must admit that the technical abilities of your support is perhaps worse than I have ever seen. Troubleshooting problems is key to solving problems and nobody seems to know how to troubleshoot a problem that isn’t in their standard toolbox of checks.
