    @Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

    don't even get me started on you @Bell .. you cut the entire areas landlines and internet for the next 24 hours?! we don't get cell phone service here. we have zero power, no phone communication, and no internet unless we drive 30 minutes to another town... this is so dangerous

    @Bell_Support i tried chatting with someone, and i took more than an hour to get IN LINE to talk with someone, all of that time on my personal data since there's no internet -- but there's still no outage reported in my area even though we're told that it's related to the city-wide outage.

    @Bell_Support Thanks. 7 calls. Got the total runaround each time. There's a problem, there's no problem, it's your phone, it's your SIM, 100's of people have the same problem, oh, I'm only seeing 2 tickets in the last 2 weeks. Not trustworthy. @SamsungCanada looking like it's a software issue.
