A little sample of @Bell 's service: Yesterday: contractor dug into internet cable at 9am. Bell tech #1 came at 1pm and says oh, the line is buried. (Already told them this) you need a special tech I can't do this. They'll come tomorrow morning first thing! Tech # 2 comes 1/

@Bell_Support have u recently called in to get support? It’s kinda a gong show! Continuous on holds, not following along, not intuitive or smooth IN ANY WAY!! Called 4x today! Best was roosters in background! They never said the calls would be recorded-I know why!!!

@Bell is sending me an email to answer a survey about "service experience". I clicked on the link to find out that the survey is "currently not available, please try again". I think this answers the question about their level of services... #EpicFail
