    @Bell_Support It seems like other customers are reporting on the same thing on the Facebook and other sites. Are you able to at least send out an official notice so that we working help desk can point the staff somewhere for official updates?

    @Bell_Support What about Saskatchewan?. Services have been going off and on since noon. No service...to only cell service ..no data...not my phone. Multiple friends and family with bell *** well

    @reidsolberg @Bell_Support I'm pretty they are having other issues as well with DNS. Some websites dont work for me unless I use a VPN. Those websites were working flawlessly yesterday.

    @Neilmak68 @Bell @Bell_Support Not sure. I'm East. There were a couple of issues but nothing in my area. What did the trick is to factory reset the hub. If you do that with an agent, they can do that for you without having to reconfigure your Hub in bridge mode. If regular setup, hold reset for 10sec
