@Bell When was the last time you called at Bell and you could find someone that speak English? Bell does not want to pay for customer service so they hire new comers and desperate immigrants. Why? So they won’t pay them fairly.

My 76yo mother waited all day for a @Bell_Support technician to fix her phone. Guess what??? They weren't scheduled. Surprise... NOT! Just a bunch of ******* lip service!!!

@Bell No way.. we pay extra for additional speed and we have tons of lag. Our internet also drops several times per day. Bell has not been helpful with resolution.

@justmekimhere @Bell Yup because they don’t want to pay money for customers service. Their agent are being paid 7:30 Hours while they have to be present way before their work schedule
