    @DPocroianu @Bell_Support Thank you - I am still waiting. Amazing that when something it escalated to Bell "Resolution" it takes 5 months or more to actually get it resolved. Unreal.

    @DPocroianu @KTinnovate @Bell_Support Yes I heard about this ... I was told by one employee at Bell Resolution they are trained to avoid paying or crediting and rewarded for getting the pissed off customer onto a new plan - that's not happening here.

    @Bell_Support @JaneMoneypenny Hu Bell Support she just told you her problem and its ridiculous how you hold customers hostage for the mistakes that Bell makes regularly and profits off of. Just Fix it since you are aware of problem.

    @Bell_Support I finally filed a complaint with ccts. This has been going on so long. We've been just dealing with it, but when it interferes with school, bill payments and contact with family repeatedly... Not ok.

    The question has to be asked. Does @Bell_Support have to increase their prices every month? There has to be a ceiling somewhere surely on internet/tv services. Is there a better internet/tv service provider in the GTA that is cheaper than almost $200 monthly?

    Officially cancelled all Rogers service and moved to @bell thanks for nothing @rogers

    @JaneMoneypenny @KTinnovate @Bell_Support One customer sued them & ask for damages for the stress they caused you. The execs make it look so complicated when is really simple but they fight every penny for refunds although its Bells fault. As an employee I fought hard on customers behalf & got in trouble for refunds
