    Hey @bell someone drove down our street and pulled down a wire which is now sitting on our car. Internet is down. Tech says they can come tomorrow between 10 and noon. I mean, sure, but did I mention there's a wire on our car?

    And if we still have time and soul in either of our bodies, @bell can we talk about how much mental anguish it causes me every two years just for the privilege of overpaying for a phone service that cuts off one out of every two times?

    @Bell_Support @Bell just spent over an hour on the phone trying to track down what work was done on a ticket. Phones still aren’t working and the service technician left the building w/out speaking to anyone and closed the ticket.

    @Bell you cancelled our home phone line when you were only to cancel a fax line. You lost our answering machine message that we have had for 15 years that was our sons voice. If I could cancel everything we have with you I would. You have once again disappointed a customer.

    @Bell Really disappointed. Called weeks ago to make payment arrangements so my phone wouldn't be cut off. YOUR rep told me I had to wait till next bill cycle. You just cut my phone off!! I'm trying to find a job... and now a new provider. Worst experience ever. I get paid Wed 😡

    @Bell_Support gaslighting their customers at every turn. New fiber internet connection worked for 2 hours Friday then died (we were no where near the modem or connections). Tech appt cancelled without notice. Support said it was modem defect would ship another overnight via ..
