@Bell been on the phone with your customer service since 4pm. 2 hours and 53 minutes so far. The 7th rep I am talking to cannot figure out why our home phone service won’t call long distance. Ready to cancel service. But still being polite like a saint.

@Bell , @Bell_Support How hard is it to call in to get help on my mothers bell account who is deaf and after explaining the situation and saying shes available to authorize to get into the account and we call on her behalf to get authorized afterwards to be hung up on twice ?

Missed a meeting with draxx tonight and just pissed with @bell for wasting 3 hours of my time. Was never rude to the reps (I work customer service... not their fault) but 3 hours and no resolution... better they didn’t answer the phone to begin with. Useless
