@Bell - still waiting to hear back about a potential fraud with my mobility account that I notified your customer service about. I called several times, was told someone would call back but nothing still. potential fraud impacting other bell customers too and possibly inside job

@Bell_Support "Thank you for getting back to us about this We will be checking in with our qualifications team to verify availability of the service & when it would be available for ordering once live on the system.They usually get back to us within 72 hours.. "that was Tuesday!

@Bell_Support what is the true ETA for FIBE service resumption in N2E area of west Kitchener? No service since 16:00 yesterday. Bell website still indicates no service outage in area yet CS reps acknowledge there is one??

If an internet service provider owned by @Bell fails, and I'm pointing at you @Distributel - that means the @Bell brand isn't as good as they think. 300 mpbs shouldn't be 20 mpbs downloads and often worse. Not sure what you're going to do when I prove this publicly.
