@Bell_Support Not much point since your business division is now closed, and I spent 10 minutes going through with your tech support people who could not locate our account despite me giving them all the information needed. All so we could upgrade our receiver to 4K. Painful.

@Bell_Support how can i find out if a landline can be ported to a cell phone. I tried calling in but got told that cell coverage doesn't exist in Mt. Pearl NL so the landline can't be ported. The local store told me to call in, so i'm kind of stuck. Hoping you can help

Decided to switch to @bell today for home service. They gave us an appointment time to set us up between 12-5. It’s now almost 5:30. Would you trust this company with a 2 year contract? #firstimpressions
