Too anyone using @Bell DO NOT use self service online. I did and my bills were not combined and now I'm behind. I did not know I has to call and confirm the self service task of getting one bill. Thanks @Bell your "senior" agent I was escalated to was rude. No help, just shamed.

We've been paying @Bell 10$/mth for long distance services for over 20 years. The service has stopped working and @Bell refuses to help because they've decided to subcontract the service without ever notifying us. #bell #bellcanada #bellmobility
