@Bell_Support @Bell It’s crazy that bell can do this to this to it customers, and we gotta deal with the issues of it right ? But owe them a penny and they gonna be on you for it. The shut is down through the pandemic and recharged us a huge fee to reconnect. Customer care don’t exist.

case. And if you break it you have to pay. Also if you do send your phone out to get fixed THEY WIPE IT. As the bell employee told me when he couldnt transfer my data " Im not technical im a salesman." Terrible experience @Bell

@Bell wow nice loyalty people you have answering the phone woman flat out was nasty and pretty much called me a liar upon me telling of another phone offer I could receive from another company after 24 years of being a customer looks like bye bye bell mobility.
