@Bell_Support Service has been perfect, flawless for the last year then suddenly mid December it’s going off and on every day. Techs can’t figure why. Modems replaced, box on street upgraded, SFP replaced. WTH?

@carahB1 Can I be in it???!! I have a @Bell tech in my home right now and he took his mask down to work in our basement, and just asked to use my bathroom 🤢🤢🤢 We have not been around anyone since school let out. This is not how I want to get COVID!!

@Bell_Support No internet since Friday night, in Quebec. So, if I gather correctly, as long as it's about minus 30 outside, Bell customers will continue to pay for a service (The Internet) which cannot be provided. Is that correct?

@Bell @TorontoUltra Can you imagine if a major event is suppose to be covered by Bell??This week has been disastrous for your customers.The weather excuse is NOT acceptable!Provide your clients with a service that others are proud of having, not you tapping yourself on the shoulder. Fix the problem!
