@Bell I pay for too tier high speed internet But I don’t have it! I keep calling and they said two years ago fibre optics going in ground from street. Dug up everyone’s lawns ran it to everyone house and STOPPED Still not hooked to full bell Fibe internet it’s ****🤬

@Bell_Support internet dropping in and out & less than half speed, again. Problem is always at the box. Technician always wants to come in the house & run tests. Bell can’t keep the problem fixed and never listen to us when we say to GO TO THE BELL BOX! 🤬

@Bell FIX the phone lines in Etobicoke that have been out for 10 days!!!! Scarlet/Eglinton area has a lot of buildings with elderly residents who have no phone lines and no way to let visitors into the building!!!!!! This complete lack@of service is shameful!!!

@Bell_Support 6 days ago, Bell installed Fibe at my house. My phones no longer work, the installer has cable all over my backyard, and there are serious kinks in the fiber. Call centre did not help - rep hung up on me after 60 mins on hold. HELP PLEASE!

Hey @Bell_Support here we go again. I’ve tried 3 times to upgrade my internet, add tv app & cancel our temp service & it’s like I’m asking for the moon. How hard should it be? I tried 2 go through normal channels but it seems only complaining on the twitter will get action again
