@Bell_Support I got an email about a network upgrade happening in my area tomorrow between 2-5am. I'm waiting for 3 gig Fibre in my area - any way to find out what the upgrade is for?

  • MarkKennedyQW Mark (Bundy) Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

I’m confused. I’m paying @Cogeco $81 per month including tax for 120Mbps download. And @Bell just sent me an offer of 15Mbps download on Fibe for $85. Is #Bell nuts thinking this is a good plan? Am I missing something? That seems like a lot for a very slow connection. #Internet

@Bell_Support @Supermathie There is literally nothing you can do except add support for IPv6

  • Marina35690107 Marina (@Marina35690107) reported

@jdeq We switched from Bell to Cogeco. Worse customer service. Hassle to return their equipment. Still got bills even after service stopped. Worse company ever @bell.
