@Bell_Support More frustration & hours wasted with the lack of customer process! Please review ALL THE NOTES associated with my account. About to lose another customer along w/ me, cause ‘have a friend add me to their account’ should not be the answer for any ‘service provider’

I have spoken with 7 representatives and they’ve all said “a truck will be sent tomorrow”. It never comes. I’d like to speak with a higher up @Bell_Support or else I’ll just switch to a different company. You’ve lost my loyalty. Big conglomerates really don’t care.

I think it's insane that it took me a total of 54 minutes, being transferred to 4 different people, having to authenticate myself 3 times and being put on hold multiple times, just to cancel a simpl service call @Bell_Support
