    @R_Kirschner_LTL @Bell_Support The last update I got was it is at least 6:00pm on the 25th. Can I get a better understanding of what exactly the problem is.

    Gotta love being hung up on by a @Bell loyalty department rep and being charged for a month of internet service that was cancelled. Not charged for the tv service that was cancelled, so thats good. Then being talked down to for not understanding why you charge ahead for services.

    @Bell_Support what is wrong with the quality of your fibe tv receivers? We are only 5 months into our contract with Bell and tech support have just ordered our 2nd replacement for the same issue (freezing remote and random box reboots)
