    Rogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

    @Bell_Support It’s my Aunt that’s having problems with the service, she has been using your services for four years without a problem and now her internet has been turning off and on randomly and her landline doesn’t work either.

    @Bell **** u i gotta wait 2 weeks for yall to deliver a replacement router for one that YOU gave me less than 2 years ago not to mention how *** ur customer service is

    I’m not a screenwriter, but I gotta think you could make a killer comedy out of the @Bell customer service experience. The live calls and behind the scenes possibilities are endless. And the jokes basically write themselves. It’s just such a wild experience start to finish🤯

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    Dear @Bell @Bell_Support If you are having issues with your call answer services maybe you could COMMUNICATE with your customers--after all you ARE a COMMUNICATION company!!! The problem is at your end not ours!!! Two days now I've had to deal with customer support.
