@Bell Well the installer put the pod in the room where the Wi-Fi is the worst. So it’s trying to boost an already very poor signal.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support unfortunately the one Manager/Supervisor that is able to look into the matter has been in meetings since yesterday. I’ve already called twice to get an update without any help.

What's the absolute worst TV provider?? @Bell every god damn time you cancel. You bring in the back your TV boxes/Pods/Wifi..they give you a Receipt (Reference#) and EVERY GOD DAMN TIME....you get charged $1000 for loss items. Someone some-*******-where isn't doing their jobs

Dear @Bell: Why do you always value getting new customers instead of keeping the ones you have? I brought over $190/mon in mobility to you while I was a TV/Internet customer and now to get the best internet deal I have to go somewhere else. So frustrating.
