    @mikeystephens81 @Bell I once had a guy put me on hold but forgot to mute himself. Asked the guy beside him how to resolve a conflict and he told him I was an idiot and ignore my complaint.     @KylesWeather @Bell_Support I used to work in the same office as the FibeTV people. And while I suppose it's possible that Bell support is right, it would be a rare occurrence. For what it's worth, satellite subscriptions are the same.

    @tysmo @Bell_Support In any event, I trust this manditory Fibe shutdown timer is simply to save IPTV network resources. If they can cut off receivers and shut most them down overnight, and well into the next day, why wouldn't they? It makes sense from a network resource perspective.

    @Bell_Support Don’t know why you’re asking everyone to DM you. Clearly your wifi/internet is having issues when every tweet is saying it’s down. Maybe announce its down and give an ETA on a fix?
