    Interesting experience - I went to a @bell store to discuss my account. I was told to call customer service. Then I went to pay my bill and was told I had to do that online. So what’s the point of the store if I can’t do anything there?

    @Bell is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will NEVER leave Rogers. Don’t even know why I bothered trying to do business with Bell. They need to learn what it means to treat customers with respect. More concerned about losing $117 than customer satisfaction. Disgusting.

    Anyone else’s @bell Fibe internet down? Cant connect to the bell servers?

    @Bell_Support Yes error code 1000 is still there and my modem set up is fine… the issue happened while nobody was near the modem
