    @Bell_Support (FIBE TV) Don’t ask if I rebooted. Turned off modem 5 times, unplugged it for 10 min., unplugged TV, etc. PVR only partly tapes some shows or partly tapes other shows twice at same time slot on same channel!? Already had this problem last year and here we go again.

    @Bell_Support as a subscriber to Bell Centre Ice - how is it that I can’t watch Carolina and Nashville tonight? This is why I bought the service - and it was expensive. No reason for a blackout.

    @cogecohelps Epico stinks, horrible issues, #crave does not work but no one told us that until after 3 calls to tech support - why not be honest up front, over paying here! @bell, does @crave work on bell?

    @Bell What “Live” support? Talking to an automated recording does not count as “live support,” and your eChat is horrible. Your service is going down the tubes. How many live employees have you laid off to support this degradation in service?
