I asked why he sounded french canadian, and he said he went to school in Quebec (another lie). He refused to help in English and terminated the call. Bell is trash

    @bell @CCTS_CPRST just cancelled my second line I waited 10 min to receive the email confirmation that never came! In that time I sent and received an email to myself! This second line better be canceled. If I have to call this one in again it will be with a lawyer!

    @Bell_Support I have tried for literally months to unlock my device and had the run around every time. Telus didn’t have a problem unlocking a different phone at. What is the deal?!

    @bell @CCTS_CPRST still haven’t received my email cancellation 20 hours later. So this call I made to cancel a service wasn’t honoured? Second time in 6 months I’m having this issue with big corp. CCTS is a joke of an agency with no REAL purpose. Like the CRA they are useless!!
