    @Bell any ETA on when the Newfoundland outage will be resolved? Also. Taking out all the house services and then also loosing the wireless really will make me rethink putting all my eggs in one bell basket.

    Why do I have to subscribe to @Bell's exclusive chat support just to talk with someone about internet when the phones are clogged? How much do youhave to gouge customers?

    Was able to use debit card so that’s unaffected so far but this is unacceptable! If it happens again, I’m canceling my service and switching to @TELUS or @Bell

    @telusmobility you've made a long time loyal customer very angry. First you jack up your US/INTL Roaming Charges w/out notice and then despite me calling in and your agent agreeing to remove them, they still appear on my bill. Are you trying to be like @Bell & @Rogers ?

    @Bell Reboot, reset really??? We pay enough that we shouldn’t have to do this daily to try and get a half decent signal in a single family home. Tell the truth about your internet service you overcharge for!!!

    @Bell_Support Your service has been out more than it’s worked for several days. I don’t know why the solution is always to send a new modem when clearly that’s not fixing the problem.
