@Bell_Support Hi there. I've had 4 to 5 interruptions today with internet service. This has now been ocurring for the last couple of weeks, at least 2 to 3 times a day. What can I do to rectify this? Thx

@Francis_Drouin @Bell It's a 25Mbps plan on the wireless wifi internet (rural 4G LTE internet). Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail

@Bell_Support why is your internet never working? Better yet, why do techs go in and mess about it boxes and screw up service. Twice this has happened in less than a month. Ridiculous when you work from home 🤬🤬

@Bell @Bell_Support for cutting off my internet at my current address because I ported my home phone number ahead of a move. And thanks for having your customer loyalty/retention team call us 2 days before to confirm they would not cutoff internet! Moving to @cogeco feels good!

Hey @Bell_Support. Just got a call from one of your agents. After they informed me that the call was being recorded, I asked if they can stop recording and they hung up on me. I don't know why I was called but this was a bad interaction. Can you please review?
