@sherrick399 @CanadRaf @Bell_Support I rebooted because the recordings weren't playing- two times for the receiver and the modem - now it's all down but the web. Their tv is available online though .. only problem is for older relatives in the house who don't use internet .. they gotta go back to the Marconi..

@Bell_Support crazy that we cant even join support as a recorded message says that nobody can answer us and to call back later! at least, i think we deserve to get an explanation abou what is the issue!

@Bell_Support Bell Fibe TV went down three hours ago. Tried rebooting both modem and receiver no joy.Receiver internet indicator light next to it just flashes Bell Fibe screen on TV. Tried to call but the so busy it told us to hang up and call later. Is the issue on your end?

@Bell_Support Ridiculous response #Bell! Can't even play recording never mind live programming. How is it that no one at your tech support is answering the phone or answering Bell chat lines. Unacceptable. We pay too much and expect a LOT better than this! Thinking of switching to #Rogers
