@Bell_Support They say it’s a cut line so you thing it’s something that would be repairable if you had already determined the problem

@Bell_Support I have to look in to it because it’s actually $417/month. It seems when the year promotion they offer to gain you as a customer expires they hike the price up to whatever the heck they want to!

@Bell_Support I am in Cathcart ON N0E1B0. Overhead phone lines are sagging over my property and I cannot get in with my truck and trailer. We have a special technician coming today. Expect the issue to be addressed before they leave

Hey @bell, called you guys 2 weeks ago to notify that mobile net. antenna serving my house has issues. Ticket was issued & tech team confirmed the problem. Yet after checking this week and filing another ticket, your team hasn't followed up. And this is a business account. #fail

@Bell_Support Okay Bell what is going? Barrie service still out over 24 hrs. Is it because it’s a small area affected we are not a priority? No internet no TV I think it’s time to move some of services to Rogers!

@forwest3 The cell networks in Newfoundland are wonderful, at least on @Bell. The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. You’ll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. It’s incredible that is still an issue

@Bell_Support Yeah can we possibly get some more updates on this? The outage site still says yesterday at 7pm. Would like to know the status, as the free data connection has been horribly slow.

@Bell_Support Waiting on updates still!! Many of us work from home and this is getting ridiculous! The “outage update” page still says this was going to be fixed last night and hasn’t even been updated since 11am yesterday. Unacceptable…
