Signed up for better internet with @Bell, with much trepidation - I've only ever had terrible experiences with them. They are confirming my suspicions - we don't even get service until late October, and they're already trying to charge us for **** they shouldn't be.

@Bell added $25/month in services to my account without authorization, blamed me for not noticing on my monthly bills that they were fleecing me, and offered a pittance in terms of credit. Over $380 they’ve lost me as a customer. That’s ballpark what I was paying them per month.

@robertquickert @Bell_Support Thanks Robert - I am watching the outage sites but the question remains: why isn’t BELL providing updates? Why must we rely on third party services? Very shoddy CS indeed.

@bell @Bell_Support When I go to a Bell store, they print me a list for each Bell Fibe pkg e/w old dates! Before I lay my money down, can I trust Bell website for the channels I actually get? For NHL, NBA , MLB premium, can I subscribe on line! No store person seems to know!

@Bell_Support are there reported bell fibe outages in Kingston, Ontario? Cause mine is out. It’s quite rare to have an outage, maybe 2-3 times in 4 years. So not bad….

@VapourRose @Bell_Support If I can give you one piece of advise out here in Oshawa….go to Rogers. We started with bell for a year and it was a nightmare. Now with Rogers and absolutely no issues
