@Bell_Support My text messages are sending extremely slow this morning and at times, not at all. Is there an outage occurring in Kingston, Ontario?

  • samsaragx Veronica Martinez (@samsaragx) reported

@Bell_Support @rat4x It's also down at Jane and Finch for hours now, how come it's not posted here?

  • WilcoMcG Rude (@WilcoMcG) reported

@armchairqbguy @Bell @TELUS I switched to Telus too, didn't have to sign a contract either as long as I used my own device. We'll see how it goes. If it's garbage or they increase rates I can just jump ship again.

@Nerd2dotO @Bell_Support Been out for me since ~9AM. Virtual diagnostic tool said there was an outage. No longer says there is but it’s still down.

@Bell_Support @Bell wondering why you won’t help loyal customers And give better deals to new ones.. would like to have stayed with Bell .. we pay on time every month but guess you don’t care about us ! where is your customer service #timeforandroidbox @ cogeco

  • Nerd2dotO Gary (@Nerd2dotO) reported

@Bell_Support So after spending time on phone was told that Bell scheduled a maintenance, really? A maintenance on a Friday mid-day, but good news followed, service would up and running by 3pm. Now 3:50 and still not up, called again, now it’s a problem in our area, no longer a maintenance?

  • HuevosDancheros Dan Ilika (@HuevosDancheros) reported

@iSITcanadian @Bell I’m not much of a Bell fan in general, but I must say that paperless billing is the only part of my service that’s done well!

  • armchairqbguy R Nage (@armchairqbguy) reported

@WilcoMcG So interesting. I ditched Bell 3 yrs ago. With new phone I purchased outright, I would be using more data. Bell refused my request for more data without charging me a lot more. I called Telus. Offered me a fantastic plan. Great company, great service. @Bell @TELUS

@bell_support - my text messages are delayed in sending by a couple of minutes. When they DO send, the receiver is getting the same text at least twice on their end. I have seen others tweet about the same issue - are there any steps I need to take or is this a network problem?
