    @Bell_Support I can't believe bell has nobody to answer the phone their TV cable has been down since 2pm and been calling them but they have nobody to answer you

    @Bell_Support Bell will not let you join a phone queue and doesn’t have chat live agent available either. They don’t even have a recording advising there is a problem with service. Poor customer service.

    @Bell_Support @Bell Customer service is lacking. Called multiple times and told to call back. Tried virtual fix and chat too only to be told it’s unavailable! Why not say we know there’s an issue we’re working on it? I’m sure you’ll credit your customers for this! Lord knows you bill us enough!#fail

    @Bell_Support TV is back up but PVR is down hard . This is the 5th outage for me in 6 weeks. I'm so close to canceling my service.
