    @Bell_Support sound cuts out on stereo sound setting, and on muti channel it has un correctable lag. I have tried without our soundbar and it is no better. This is our 5th box in the last 2 months. (Unrelated issues) The stereo setting was working fine until today.

    @Bell_Support Congratulations #BellMobility you’ve finally pissed me enough to change providers! The last call to the loyalty team was so bad that I could not believe the agent’s arrogance. All it takes is one bad interaction to loose respect and business!

    @Bell_Support for the past few months I have tried to upgrade my device online. No matter if I use my phone, laptop, clear cookies, incognito… it’s can’t be done and I keep getting told to try again or pay 50$ for a “upgrade fee” for a person to help me. Why isn’t this working?

    @Rogers Upgraded my internet THURSDAY DEC 1, 2022, 1 min later.. Internet goes down and I have been not connected ever since. So much for the most reliable network in Canada. This is crap. Getting @Bell tomorrow if this isn’t fixed. #rogers #internet #notreliable
