@Bell_Support could you please clarify for many-is the Government mandated lower income pricing for basic wifi still in effect and how do people access such pricing and service in Ontario-there is confusion from Bell reps-but too many are still without basic service!

Sustainable Internet connectivity it’s an assets for every individual work from home, shame on @Bell for not providing fibre service in all the major areas. #Niagara region deserves better service.

Heads up. We received an email supposedly from @Bell today letting us know they couldn’t process our payment due to security issues and we are to select an alternate payment method by clicking a link. We checked our statement and no issues as payment had been paid. #Scam
