    @Bell_Support Hello, I have called your toll free number numerous times. First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

    @Bell I found a typo in your "acceptable" response time for technical support. Your network stops recognizing my device. Your staff thinks the policy is 5-7 days. Obviously, it should be 5-7 hours (worst-case scenario). Thanks for fixing that typo!

    @gaz2002 @Bell_Support Note exact time of call,employees name or # then call back in the daytime and report. Document all concerns . They record all calls and will find this customer rep.

    @CCTS_CPRST @CRTCeng @Bell Hello, I have filled in the complaint form at crtc. The incident number is 00000001213483. I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

    It’s that time again where I complain about @Bell and their mobile unlimited “internet” plan. Is it really internet when it’s throttled so hard that simple sites won’t load, emails won’t send and banking apps won’t move past the login screen? 🗑

    @Bell_Support Is there a problem with the Internet in Carrying Place Ontario Canada? I have checked the outage tool and it says no, however chat support has told me that there may be a problem
