@Bell_Support Bell Fibe TV went down three hours ago. Tried rebooting both modem and receiver no joy.Receiver internet indicator light next to it just flashes Bell Fibe screen on TV. Tried to call but the so busy it told us to hang up and call later. Is the issue on your end?

@Miss_Allison_D @Bell So I just tried my bedroom TV and that is working (except recordings). It’s very odd as it’s connected to the main receiver that’s not working by wireless receiver. This happened once before which is why I tried. It defies logic.

@Bell_Support trying to call your “24/7” support line. Message comes on saying they “cannot answer my call at this time”. Seriously???
