@MikeatLFPress @Bell_Support And I'll add, I'm not a Bell customer. But they had strung up a line across the front of my house, through my tree and connecting 3 doors down for MONTHS. When I complained finally, it was fixed.

@Bell_Support If you cannot fix it after FOUR weeks, my confidence in you is not high. The person has been trying to work with @Bell and get it fixed but has been subjected to shoddy work and rudeness from your call center. And now I am about to lose my job because of it. Thanks. Not.

We've been paying @Bell 10$/mth for long distance services for over 20 years. The service has stopped working and @Bell refuses to help because they've decided to subcontract the service without ever notifying us. #bell #bellcanada #bellmobility
