    @Bell Yeah well you didn’t keep me connected when I had your services and was working from home. Told you guys that the internet needed to be reliable. I had multiple issues with the service buffering even with only one device in use (ie my iPhone watching YouTube videos). (1/?)

    Haven't even set up my @Bell_Support Fibe Internet yet and they're already causing me an inordinate amount of problems. I guess things can only go up from here yet?

    @Bell_Support Just finished my call with Bell tech support, told me can be cleared up as early as 8pm but could be resolved in 24 hrs. I hope that’s just their script but if it’s 24 hrs, you’ll be hearing a lot from everyone.

    @Bell_Support More corporate speak. You are scrambling & not posting outages online in a timely fashion. This is a large outage and we have no phone, no internet and no TV. Please take your customers seriously. Talk straight. This looks like more than a problem that will be fixed in 1/2 hour.
