    @Bell_Support hello. I would like to know why a new customer can get $20 off there Better TV package and i don’t even though I have been with bell for many years. I would appreciate being treated better then a new customer.

    @Bell_Support 0024H Grahamdale mb. No cell reception less than 1000m from cell tower. Have always had perfect signal here. What is going on? Couldn't call for help if emergency.

    @Bell_Support I have no internet in Hannon, ON. There were about 6 bell trucks here an hour ago saying they’d fix it but now they’ve left and still no service.

    @Bell redirected to loyalty customer representative who did nothing but add that it usually takes 2 to 8 business days and they tell me there is no one above that can be contacted 😠 i really dont know how to deal with this other than my family and I to leave bell.
