@bell, why do your Stentor towers run on batteries? Why not a generator? Throughout NS and PEI we have zero phone service. How do we call 911? #BellLetsTalk #bellfailed

Nope. Tech didn’t understand problem and he can’t divert from his service ticket. Internet won’t be fixed (tho still being billed). @Bell_Support

  • Rushae_ ms. walters (@Rushae_) reported

I was gonna switch from virgin to bell mobile but I just received the absolute WORST customer service from 4 DIFFERENT agents that it’s not even worth the switch anymore @Bell

@jeffrey3927 @JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support OK, I lived in the 1960s, and your solution is so 1960s. Cable didn't become ubiquitous until the 1980s and cable cutting was not until the 2010s that streaming platforms started to come stronger. Until recently, maybe a few years, streaming was still weak. Now it's a better way.

@Bell We are calling our father in law but we are getting someone else on the line and their number is not the number we are dialing. He is a bell customer. How can this be fixed? #Newfoundland
