    @Bell_Support We did DM & we were told to contact #Bell to open a ticket. Called Bell & opened a ticket & the customer rep advised the EARLIEST a tech can come out is tomorrow after noon. 😕

    @Bell_Support My Dad is a senior, his TV is his life. When it took over three weeks for technical support to repair his Bell Sat TV, it was very hard on him. He lives in a city of 65000, so do you think three weeks is reasonable?

    @colinthart @bagder Neither does @Bell, which was a shock when I recently switched to their fibre service and it only reaches half the Internet.
