    @Bell has easily the worst customer experience of any company I have ever worked with.

    Must be incredible to be in a position to hang up on a potential customer @Bell I was on the phone for over an hour, then the guy put me on hold for at least ten minutes then disconnected me. Oh. And your turbo hub plans are straight up robbery. #SixtyDollarsForFiveGigs

    Anyone thinking of switching to @bell simply don’t. Absolute worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen. Regret switching over to them.

    @JenInOntario @Bell Yes, but, can only transfer one service at a time. Or, the order was put in wrong. Maybe you wanted to cancel landline number, but RETAIN the other (ie. internet) services, and the order got messed up. Welcome to Bell. Bieneview Chez Bell.
