    Wish I never went with @Rogers @RogersHelps. I’m a student on student aid, and turns out Rogers bills in advance and I wasn’t notified. Now I have a bill of $312, which is a LOT of money for a student. Should have went with @Bell.

    My internet is not working. Called the 24/7 support line for @Execulink and am told there is over a 60 minute wait due to staff shortages. Hmm, bet I could get support quicker with @Bell_Support

    And J was just robbed by @Bell just because the last agent I talked to didn’t cancel my account as per my request when I said I need it closed but suspended instead yet never informed me of continuous billing still despite mot using the account at all.

    @Bell Hey @Bell, do you actually have an advertising program that allows companies to have random calls to out-of-service numbers re-directed to them? That seems messed up.

    @Bell_Support @Bell Bell isn’t willing to help me use their return/exchange policy. Told to send in current phone and wait for replacement. Which leaves me W/O any mode of communication. Can’t call 911 in an emergency because I won’t have a phone! #theydontcare #notclientservice
