Shoutout to @Bell, who got one their contractors to cut out our internet lines and when we phone in to get someone out here to fix it, they send the wrong type of technician 2 times. Gotta love good customer service 😒

@Bell WORST customer service in the world and I was warned and did not listen. My internet went off and on for about year, whenever it rained. I told them this repeatedly, no one listened to me. They came to ‘fix it’ #bellsucks

1/3 - Apologize in advance for the service rant but here we go. We moved to our home 2 years ago & had @rogers tv & internet. Although expensive, have been generally happy with their service. Recently @Bell put in fiber optics in the whole area. They came door to door

@RogersHelps well after almost 25 years it’s time for @Bell I believe. Constant internet outages and all you have to say is poor signal in the area will send a tech out and nothing changes. Your chat reps are brutal just deal with it. @Bell hit me up with a tv/net bundle.
