@jessedriftwood1 @Bell_Support Do you know who to call to get support for DNS? :) - 57 minutes, still holding, we're not even in the right department yet.

  • jessedriftwood1 Jesse Driftwood (@jessedriftwood1) reported

@bell: We’ll send a technician tomorrow between 8am and 12pm to fix this, and you must be home for the entire visit. Me: *doesn’t go to work* *looks at the time* oh sick they didn’t show up, what a surprise.

  • PFNButteryPir8 PFNButteryPirate (@PFNButteryPir8) reported

@Bell LG doesn't support their phones anymore as they for rid of their mobile line. No updates. No support if it breaks. Buyer beware

  • ArioEslami Ari (@ArioEslami) reported

I'm in the process of moving to a new place and I've had to call many different companies for that. All terrible experiences except for @Bell ! They resolved an issue I was worried about almost immediately after my request. Twitter isn't always for complaining with hashtags!

  • jeremyanichols Jeremy Nichols (@jeremyanichols) reported

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell Switch over to StarLink. No wire issues there.

  • realdandebenham Dan Debenham (@realdandebenham) reported

@jessedriftwood1 @nath_robz @Bell Is there nothing contractual that they have to provide, like say a minimum speed, or is there an equivalent Canadian watchdog like the information commissioner here in the UK that you could complain to... Seem pretty bad to be getting such slow speeds and service bro.

  • hainsworthtv Michael Hainsworth (@hainsworthtv) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey @Bell, way to kick a guy when he’s going through a COVID divorce. @AnnDooseTO moved her phone to her own account and now you’re hitting me with a $368 “cancellation fee” even though you haven’t lost a customer. “Let’s Talk” about THAT.

  • thejaytc Jay carlos (@thejaytc) reported

@ChantaeCandize @Bell_Support I’ve had no issues service wise, just pricing. What’s insane was presented with bells offer to me they said “we don’t price match”. It’s only when they get the call from the porting department do they suddenly go from sorry we can’t do better to, here’s your deal.

  • ABritInCanada Darren Wainwright (@ABritInCanada) reported

Looking at a fresh phone contract and after today, I'm even more convinced @TELUS , @Rogers and @Bell all sit in a room and fix prices. Telus want $90 "connection" fee - we're already Telus customers. Are you kidding me!

  • bjennerich9 brian (@bjennerich9) reported

@Bell_Support after our DM conversation, it has been determined that Bell Support does not know anything @Bell
