So I’m sitting here with no internet , the power went out and when it came back... the modem was completely dead. @Bell What I really don’t appreciate? Is the automated message with no option to skip it... trying to upsell me on a service that’s currently NOT working

Honorable @HarjitSajjan upon my recent conversation with my ISP: @Bell , they shared they have the authority of increasing the charges annually by almost 10% citing inflation and wage increases. Can you please help understanding if this is true? Regards
