    @Bell Hey Alexa, how is it possible that a company as garbage as bell, somehow manages to get even worse year after year? Departments can’t communicate with each other you say? Third party technicians and overseas support? Sales people lying with no penalty? Crumbling infrastructure?

    @Bell_Support I need some help. Currently my internet internet connection is down for the last hour & my home phone has no dial tone. Unfortunately your customer service reps have been rude with me. The shooting has been unsuccessful. All I want is a technician to be sent pls.

    @Bell technicians failed to show up 2 days in a row and no call to say they were not coming. Sat around for a total of 8 + hrs, spoke to at least 8 reps and no sympathy. Impossible to speak to a manager, floor sup said “I am your last stop”. Absolutely horrible service.

    That makes no sense for me to Reactivate outgoing call with @Bell_Support they want me to pay a bill and I just got the phone on Boxing Day Like WHAT!!! Telling me they bill the customer in advance but I got my phone 3 days ago 😒😒😒😒😒 so annoyed

    @Bell That looks like a picture of an @bell customer service desk, as in, no live person to speak with. Likely better than the mistreatment and lies you get from the real ones and the definite reason there'll never be another bell product or service in my home.
