I used to think @RogersHelps was the worst company until we got @Bell_Support. Our internet wire has now been snapped *TWICE* because Bell's technicians were too lazy to put the wire up higher like we told them. If only Bell could have gotten it right the 1st time 🤔.

@Bell_MTS @Bell I’ve called to try get this fixed 4-5 times. When I asked for confirmation in writing I am told they don’t do that, which is a scam. Each time I call in I start from scratch cause I have nothing in writing. I’m cutting off my service next month not wasting anymore time on this.

@Bell_Support 2 weeks ago my 4K PVR keeps rebooting. so far, ive had 2 technicians, 2 receivers replaced, 2 HH3000 replaced, and 3 tech visits. new cables and still constant reboots. TV is fine. wifi signal is fine. Terrible experience. Lots show lots of errors, no one cares

@MonzerSkeik @Bell_Support Monzer, sorry to hear this is happening to you. Unfortunately I have heard of his same situation happening to many @Bell_Support customers. My suggestion to the fix the situation would be to switch to Rogers
