    @FF_MuTeX @Bell Had the exact same issue than you with Bell fibe in Quebec bro, my power outlet in the wall was inconsistent and that small moment that the power cuts off is making the modem reset itself, had to replace the power outlet with YT tutorials and never happened again

    Trying to see if I can get a better deal on my phone plan (and switch off of Rogers) and you'd think @bell and @TELUS would make it easier to buy from them. It's almost reassuring that they treat you like garbage even before you're a customer.

    @Bell_Support Been on the helpline forever and no one’s available. Internet went down all of a sudden and for someone who’s working from home is like a 911 situation! Who tf am I supposed to reach out to get this sorted out

    @Bell why are CSR’s calling during business hours… can in the evening, send me an email, mail me a flyer but stop disrupting my business day. Oh and that goes for the spot callers you let abuse your system! Shut it down
