Tony Smyth 🇨🇦 (@LateNightCam) reported@TruthFringe @BlueJays @Bell Thing is Primus is actually owned by Bell so a Bell Tech came to do the switch from Bell to Primus. When the CRTC ordered Bell to offer wholesale access to the existing fibre network, Bell just started buying up smaller ISPs.

iamouttahere 🇨🇦🍁☘️ (@iamouttahere) reportedRogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

Anu Bhalla (@anu_bhalla07) reported@Bell_Support @Bell You absolutely embarrass your corporate brand every time someone reaches out for customer technical support. Incompetence and never customer centric. Embarrassing

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support home phone has been out since last Saturday - apparently an issue with a cable. I have been lied to far too many times this week. No one has an answer. Now it is supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - 94 yr old mother has no service for almost a week.

Skeptic333 (@sceptic333) reported@Danvir47 @WokeWhisperer @Bell Not triggered and I'm not talking about myself but how Bell has worked to tear families and communities apart that causes real harm. I can't tell if your a troll or just slow to comprehend.

⛅️Skii🌩️ (@xskyylinex) reported@possiblecanadia @Bell They’ve been horrible, this past month I’ve had a technician over 3 times and I was without internet for a full 24 hours yesterday I went insane but not as bad as my mom did with no wifi

The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

bta (@bta1976) reported@Bell around a third (32%) of Canadians had cancelled at least one of their SVOD services in the six months before the survey. 8% had cancelled more than one service.
