Hey @Bell It's my fault for not doing my research and checking out Freedom Mobile before I signed with them, but is there a way you can either pay out, or take over my contract? Their service sucks. And considering I'm diabetic and need to talk to my doctor, I won't stay with em.

@Bell a Rep just informed me that when I resign my contract I cannot keep my current rate plan and I will be forced into a more expensive rate plan. Please explain to me how you are supporting customer loyalty by forcing your repeat customers to pay higher rates.

@paulbagnellBNN @marylougeorge2 @Bell Wow, that's fantastic. You're lucky. Not the norm, sadly. I know a few people who have been on waiting lists to get help for almost 2 years, and if/ when it happens it will be out of pocket.

I just received a call from @Bell to retain me as a client. I switched to a new internet provider with faster speeds and gave that as the reason for canceling my service. No "thank you for your time", just a hang up of the call. I don't think I will sign up for a lindline.

@Bell_LetsTalk Yet you fired a friend of mine due to them requesting time off to treat their mental illness. @Bell are hypocrites

What would @Bell and @Rogers do if we all suddenly decided that we didn’t want to use cell phones, tv or internet anymore? Better yet, what if we all became so poor we couldn’t afford their services anyway. How would they keep making money?

@Bell Yes, let's talk! Let's talk about the BS service and charges I have incurred this month as a result of one of your "preferred dealers" being incompetent and useless.

@Bell_Support 's common strategy shows again. "Let me put you on hold for 45 minutes and hope you hang up" #LetsTalk about that now.

My ISP opens a support ticket with @Bell for my connection. Bell calls me with a pre-recorded message “your ISP has indicated you are having a problem with your line. Please contact your ISP to get this resolved quickly.“ Rinse, lather, repeat. #CustomerService #fail

@jdeq We switched from Bell to Cogeco. Worse customer service. Hassle to return their equipment. Still got bills even after service stopped. Worse company ever @bell.
