    @Bell really needs to do a huge overhaul on their customer service. Can’t wait until my contract is over so I can go back to @TELUS

    @Bell_Support internet is down in whitby downtown !!! Pathetic service. Internet gets down every week

  • OneTwoManyFew JuanDeuxMeneePhew (@OneTwoManyFew) reported

    @oneplus I don't have access to WiFi calling because @OnePlus_CA and @Bell can't get their **** together.

  • CrypSerendipity CryptoSerendipity (@CrypSerendipity) reported

    @Bell Lol everyone has the same issue.. which means this issue is not going to be fixed. contacting customer care is waste of time and effort i think if you need more speed better change the provider go to Beanfield and Rogers

  • The_Forest113 theforest (@The_Forest113) reported

    @Bell_Support is there an ETA to upgrade the areas internet service? We only get 30Up and 15Down just because we live at the end of a cul -de-sac. Just outside of my neighbourhood they’re able to obtain 180Up and 90Down which is 6 times faster

  • dohbeedoo scottie barnes convert (@dohbeedoo) reported

    @Bell It would be amazing if you and Rogers didn’t have an unspoken no compete thing going on with only one provider providing anything close to high speed in many buildings/neighbourhoods. Fail to see why you dont have gigabit fibre more widely available in the GTA.

  • CYYZ198812 CYYZ1988 (@CYYZ198812) reported

    @Bell The lag is because of your crappy infrastructure. Unfortunately, it’s either your crappy service or equally crappy service from your buddies @RogersBiz

  • Rich_Bannister Richard Bannister (@Rich_Bannister) reported

    @Bell_Support Congratulations Bell, within an hour of installation you've got me requesting to cancel my service with you, only to be told that I cannot cancel because you haven't set up my account number yet. #worsethanawful

  • OneTwoManyFew JuanDeuxMeneePhew (@OneTwoManyFew) reported

    @oneplus I don't have WiFi calling because my phone manufacturer and my service provider (shout out to @Bell) can't get their **** together, despite both offering the functionality as standard to literally everyone else.
