@cspirito2011 @Bell_Support I'm in Hamilton. Upstairs TV was working hrs ago, 4k receiver was never rebooted. Whereas for main floor TV I rebooted receiver several times, TV did not start working again until hrs later than our other one.

@GoBuds66 @Bell_Support Rogers Ignite was terrible. Required multiple phone calls over weeks and it was slow at best. Now Bell Fibe is either too cheap or too dumb to care about reliability

@cspirito2011 @Bell_Support TV / receiver I rebooted came on by itself recently, but I've heard rebooting bell modem can help fix the connection issue to my account if your TV / receiver does not resume working on it's own.

@FrustratedCan22 @Bell_Support @Bell It’s not just ignoring calls. I entered my postal code into their stupid website and apparently there are “no outages”. Complete incompetence

@CathyMcManus5 @CassMReese @Bell_Support I dumped them years ago for bad service and rudeness. They will look into it when they feel like it.

@Bell_Support Is anyone else being asked to enter your 4 digit parental code. I've never set one or had one
-
Candace Loughran (@CdnCandace) reported
@VHamburder @Bell_Support Yes I am being asked for a parental code. I found out if you have never set one before the default is 1234 but to watch any channel it is asking for a code and the PVR is not working at all still.
