    @Bell_Support I have contacted bell many times and have not received any help or information. Just we will contact you in 48hrs and nothing. We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.

    @Reil76 @Bell Oh boy, I went 11 days without internet few years ago, sent me 2 different modems, couldn’t fix it over the phone, 2 repair visits before a supervisor finally showed up, looked in the main box in my townhouse complex and noticed someone unhooked me to use my line, brutal

    @Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times …..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

    @Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.

    I still have no service and got no help from @Bell i will not be paying for service I never received!
