@Bell_Support Why does my aunt need to pay 46$ to bell when she canceled her plan 4 months ago! Like this is stupid. Bell fking scams people. Worst service 😡😡😡

  • EnjoyTheTom Tomislav Mitar (@EnjoyTheTom) reported

Officially cancelled all Rogers service and moved to @bell thanks for nothing @rogers

  • LibiL17 Libi (@LibiL17) reported

@bell Hey Bell Canada. My mother recently passed away. Why do you need me to provide you with proof of power of attorney just to cancel her account? We wanted to keep the account but under a different name. No other utilities company asked for this. We have now moved to Rogers!

  • KonradFarrugia Konrad (@KonradFarrugia) reported

@Bell_Support I already called they said I have the best rates and too bad there is an increase.

  • RonBuss5 Ron Buss (@RonBuss5) reported

@Bell it’s really a shame that your company has to have a department called a Win Back department. Do you know what’s easier than winning back a customer? Never loose them. Offer the 55% off plan BEFORE the customer leaves. 25GB for $45/mo would’ve kept me but I’m not coming back

  • Spikezillian Spike 😋 (@Spikezillian) reported

@Bell_Support Our internet has been down in Oakville for about 26 hours and I'm starting to wonder if something happened or if it's just us? 🤔 Help?

  • PamRobertson Pam Robertson Rivet (@PamRobertson) reported

Okay @BellMobility @bell enough is enough. Why aren't you offering call control like @telus so that we can avoid these damn robocalls & scammers?? Your help line staff has no idea what I am talking about. #customerservicefail

@Bell_Support Why every few months does our freaking bell bill go up???? Time to cancel and switch to rogers. No loyalty from Bell. #ripoff
