David Vandewalle (@vandewallefarm) reported@Bell_Support Thanks for your standard reply. The problem has nothing to do with me contacting your call center. I already wasted several hours being put on hold and then transferred just to be put on hold again. This is a @Bell_Support issue. @JohnNaterMP.

Guddu Bhaiyya (@shavezsurve23) reported@Bell worst customer service ever, agent named Adam, on call was so rude and in a rush that doesn't Wana help or assist. Worst service ever and I'll make sure I switch all my services. Will never recommend and will refer to this incident to all. Thank you @bell for nothing.
-
Adam (@Robot_tells_me) reported@Bell how do I find my temporary voicemail password. I never made one, I was never told about one, but all of a sudden I need one today for some reason. Where is it? Your app, your site, and your agents all don't know.
-
Nero (@nero648) reported@Bell Can you ask the technicians to close the terminals properly? This is the second time this month my internet was down because squirrels chewed the wires.
-
RaeofSunshine☀️ (@Rae8465) reported@Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF
-
L (@missesja33) reported@Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.
