@Bell_Support Our 4th tech in one month this morning. Internet fixed for 6 hours and out again. Expected to wait 24 hours for another tech. Who probably also won’t fix the problem.

@bell I am an incredibly patient, 25+year customer. Finding out I have to wait two weeks for a tech visit to get my internet working again is well, a little unreasonable don’t you think? Please tell me you can help me sooner. 🥺

@Bell how many techs, device replacements, live chats etc are needed within a month before someone realizes, it’s an outside issue … love paying for a service we more than often don’t have. #bellissues #bellsupport #bellfibe

@bell Internet is down at my Toronto place - again. And it's still not fixed. But they sent this guy, Brian, who was so funny and charming I almost don't care. Anyway. No Internet. So I've repaired to Sauvignon to eat and shake my head.

(tweet 2 of 2 ) I was reloading pages like crazy and was concerned because my plan with @Bell was crap. They had an unlimited data offer for Atlantic Canadians affected by Fiona but wouldn't give it to me because my plan didn't qualify. The hurricane didn't ask about my plan!
