I switch to Fibre Optics with @Bell_Support @Bell about three years ago. The internet has never been steady, it blinks in and out for just seconds but enough to interrupt my Movies, Video Calls… I have called over the years and they reset my router, tell me it’s fixed…

…send a tech. @Bell_Support Miles tells me that there is no indication that there is no service interruption on their end so they will not send a Tech. I have come to the end of my angry conversation with Techs over and over again….

@Bell I’ve just spent 1h in store. The rep called 5 dpts in front of me. I tried myself to find a solution before going to the store, talked to a CSR on the chat as well. All of that for an eSim transfer. And guess what? Still no resolution. It is simply insane. #BellCanada
