@Bell_Support day 3. Home phone still having problems.I called chatted etc,still can`t fix it?People can call home line from land line,but if they call from a cell phone my landline won`t ring.

@Bell_Support your customer service is beyond poor. Over 1 hour and nothing g is resolved but you guys make sure to cut peoples services off the day after they miss their bill. You guys are horrible. I can’t even get to the cancellation department to cancel my services.

@Bell_Support correction the last rep was lucky 13…the rep who can’t transfer after she forced me to tell her why. 11 stories later..she refuses. Guess she doesn’t want to get her kinfolk in trouble
