    @Bell_Support Email server seems to be up, but no msgs today so I msgs likely stuck in backlog purgatory. Fibe TV is still down. The repair tool skips past the tv check, then reports there is no problem. Seems #Bell's auto tool is as inadequate as its live support staff. Woefully bad service.

    @Bell_Support Okay, that is about long enough - I am in Peterborough and we have no access to email or bell mail all day - we can however login to MyBell - big deal - why would I bother. This happens way to much - the invalid credentials things - this should be front & centre
