On the phone with @Bell_Support . Almost two hours. Hung up on once so far, at the 1.5 hour mark. Better than last Friday which was 8 hours and 5 hang ups. Still no resolution.

@Bell_Support Why don't you DM me with the number of someone who can actually help me? We keep getting put on hold, passed around, and hung up on. All we want at this point is restoration to the way things were.

@Bell_Support I paid off my full device balance last month was charged extra for that, now this month i am again being charged an extra 600$ for some deferred charges that don't even have a proper description. After putting me on hold the support declines my call. Pls help!!!
