@Bell Absolutely awful service. Spent 3 hrs on the phone, no actual solution.

@Bell Alas, after 20 minutes on the phone saying “just fix it next cycle” for my hospitalized father, your agents put up a wall of policy and indicate he has to call. That’s hardly here to help is it?

@RogersHelps I think you should change your policies around this area. Not everyone wants to make a big deal about stuff to save a buck or two. Some people want to be treated well the first time, not AFTER they complain. I have already got an appoitment with a tech from @Bell to come install my new service Wednesday the 1st. I will look at changing over my cell phones and the rest of my services after. People don't want to speak to 4 departments to be treated well, nor should they have to.

@RogersHelps the manager did nothing to help, and stated it was there policy, it was also not a rental fee, but some shipping fee. Either way I have contacted @Bell and agreed to get service from them, I will be canceling my rogers home internet. It was never about the money...

@AST_SpaceMobile @Bell Very excited for this to roll out, having no service while hiking in the mountains can be stressful at times.

@AST_SpaceMobile @Bell Now comes the real test for this service because Canada has like no cell service. Anyone that leaves a city knows that the coverage maps are a lie and that signal is weak and terrible a lot of the time. I get all that data but I can't use it. Can't even voice chat with chstgpt

@Bell @Bell_Aliant @Bell you say "sorry" every time I call or post about internet service. How about actually fixing the problem instead of apologizing for the same issue over & over? Long-term solutions, not short-term sorries.
