@Bell_Support I question your compassion. Loyalty refused to give me a discount on my landline (FORTY years as a customer). Emp #37960 told me, à senior with a life-threatening disease, that it was “impossible.” I can’t afford to keep my landline. I am very disappointed in Bell.

@Bell wow I can not believe a mega company like bell has screwed up my office phone line, my office TV and have been without service for more then two weeks now, But bills are all paid! All this from some internal confusion. I keep asking to speak to someone here in Toronto.

@Bell_Support we pay for a hub 3000 that's supposed to keep our landline working during an outage, so why isn't it working with the outage in Burlington right now
