@Bell you're internet & tech support service is really bad!!! I switched to @Bell and 2 days in, I have NO INTERNET. Customer support took an hour on a call just to tell me that a technician can be sent only 24 hrs later for a fix. Clearly not #bellforbetter, it's so much worse!

  • Jenkins20Jarvis JJ (@Jenkins20Jarvis) reported

*Coverage in rural areas is so terrible for #Rogers, that they already have a roaming agreement with @Bell.

  • ticatsroar Paul (@ticatsroar) reported

@gdp1467 @Bell So 1394 on my receiver now says Red Zone and go to the fibe app. Not there. @Bell_Support fail.

@SportsViewer_ @Bell They don't have one. And their support doesn't get it.

@MacDonaldRK3 @TorontoDefiant @Bell So the download speed will not be any better, but your upload speed is 25% better. This is called an advantage. Sure, you arent getting the fastest possible dl but my upload now kicks ***. And this costs me less than going "down" to the 'lesser' package. If it was more i'd agree

@matthewgc @Bell_Support Terrible. These guys can't figure it out 2 years in a row.

@Bell Why does your phone service suck so much? My friend is in her own home and can't speak to me without the service dropping or cutting out. this is a every day issue, it's getting annoying

@Bell we know the infrastructure is there because @FreedomMobile has service down there...can y'all just think about your customers for a second?! we literally already pay so ******* much for our phone plans because of the telecom monopoly in canada

@Bell_Support @RyMcKenna_ Your sales rep sold me nonsense. All promises failed. No TV channels he talked about & charging me exorbitantly high, way high $95. I fell for the 500mbps up/download speed, which is false. What a mess. I want to cancel and I will be cancelling.
