Called @Bell for help getting the proper cord for the modem on our month old internet account. Response from Bell rep: you don’t have an account. Go buy your own cord. 🤔 Great service as always @Bell_Aliant

@Bell ever since your tech came to fix something my Xbox has constantly got “double NAT detected” and my lag has been unbearable. Called 3 times and no one seems to be able to identify the problem - if anything @bell INCREASES your lag and frustrations

@Bell 1 bar of service in my house in Edmonton. This is now effecting my job, dropped calls poor quality. Known issue in the area Bell support says but nothing ever gets done. How can we fix this?

@Bell_Support I called Bell again and have been on the phone for 45 mins. Each time having to explain what the issue is. The person on the phone tried reaching the rep that was supposed to call me. She is ignoring his messages. I wish there was an alternative to Bell - come on Starlink.
