    @Bell I had contacted the technical support department yesterday about high ping through zayo. From what I see the contact us portion through zayo requires being a customer or something. So I believe that's only something bell can do. You can't tell me you have no control over

    @Bell my decision is made. I will be ending my longstanding relationship with this dishonest company that cant even provide good service to go along with their rising prices. Enough is enough. Other companies are charging much less. Bye Bell. Good Riddance.

    @TELUSsupport your phone support is hot garbage. Just awful. Been a customer for 20 years - phone, mobile, tv, home security and if this is your service now, @bell can expect a call from me.
