@Bell_Support My wife and I are having to cancel our business phone+internet because we no longer have our small restaurant after 7 years. After the obvious struggles this past year now we're not only being told we have to pay $1000 just to cancel, but that our matter isn't (1/2)

@Bell_Support The other issue is taht I did pause the tv show, I closed my laptop. Came back a while later, opened the laptop which made the show start up again, even though I didn't press play. Please add option to turn off autoplay. I can't find it anywhere.

@Bell_Support I just spoke to a customer service agent who hung up on me, rudely for no reason. I can't wait for a supervisor to review to recording. #bellistheworst

The award for worst customer service goes to @Bell! Charged for someone else's bills, refusal to close the unauthorized account in my name, sent to collections after being told that the issue was cleared and not a single person knows how to reach the legal department. #DoBetter

Hey @Bell, how is "how to cancel your Fibe TV app?" not a FAQ?..and doesn't show up in search...Its like you want people to give up and just keep paying you for something they don't want or use...

@Bell_Support Thanks #BellBot. Do I actually need to follow @Bell_Support to send a DM? (No) and can I just @ tweet them how to cancel so it’s visible to other people who surely have the same question.

@Joel_Lemon @Bell @iHeartRadio Odd move, that being said I never listen to FM radio anymore. I did not help that platform stay on the air. Pop music fans must be more loyal.
