    @Bell @Bell_Support 7 full days without internet or fibe tv. No solution. No one from bell contacts me. I have to call every day to be told they are “escalating this”. For 7 days..same bs script. It is actually impressive how brutal your customer support is.

    @Bell_Support I have spent more than 5 hours in total with customer care. Each time I am getting disconnected during the wait or call redirected to another team which then redirects back me to customer care. Very frustrating.

    @Bell_Support Since iOS 15 is a beta, I already know you won’t offer support, but you should probably let your app developers know about it for when it goes public.

    @Bell_Support ITS EVEN WORSE NOW! Canceling FibreOp and 4 mobile phones tomorrow. Over $700 a month I pay BELL for complete and utter ****.

    @Bell Tree just came down in garden due to storm. Old (unused) Bell line trapped in fallen tree putting strain on main lines at bottom of garden. What should we do?

    @Bell_Support What do you do when people seek support from your department. This is my 3rd attempt. Beginning to wonder if you delete tweets out. Will contact management due terrible service. Don’t bother contacting me just because I mentioned I will reach out to management.
