@Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.

@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

@Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell Itโ€™s so true. They hold such a monopoly that they just donโ€™t give a damn.

@RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ainโ€™t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address
