Hey @Bell @Bell_Support how about stop throttling my internet? I only have 10Mbps to start with (fastest available in my area) why throttle it down to 3Mbps all the time? it's barely usable as it dips below 1Mbps.

  • agentpeterg Peter Goold (@agentpeterg) reported

Dear @Bell_Support I am quite sure I should not have spent the last 20 minutes explaining to you customer service rep that assigning a 519 area code to my new mobile phone is problematic when I live in 613....and by the way I’m still on hold

  • MorrisDCosta Morris Dalla Costa (@MorrisDCosta) reported

  • Vaughn_Barry Vaughn Barry (@Vaughn_Barry) reported

@Bell_Support Come on guys, I included the photo and location. I feel that's sufficient to have the issue corrected.

@Bell call center agents at bell they call the customers rude on the phone.

  • RichardBillings Richard Billings (@RichardBillings) reported

Desperately need help with my @bell account at the hotel, but @bell_support will not let me speak to someone who can help resolve the issue. Think I need to end my relationship with them and get my service from someone else.

  • chrishicks1980 Chris Hicks (@chrishicks1980) reported

@Bell has to be the absolute worst company to deal with. I've never experienced this level of terrible customer service in my entire life.

Nunavut internet is f&*ked up. Ran out of @Xplornet data last Wednesday. Hotspot off our @Bell cellphones is useless do to crap connectivity. Brutal. Productivity on halt from home. I usually plan for my classes and find cool content for our units/themes at home each night. Ugg.
