So, how is this right. After days of poor internet, we call @Bell and they offer to upgrade us to the 'new fibe'. For free!! I check our upcoming bill and 'free' is now an additional $80.00 a month. How does one complain about scams like this? @CanadaConsumer

  • l8y_k8ie Katie Holmes (@l8y_k8ie) reported

Absolutely floored by how poorly Ma @Bell 's customer support has gotten over the last few years. Yall are really willing to lose a contract over a broken phone screen. How you doing @Rogers ?

  • lttlmaggieyoung Maggie Young (@lttlmaggieyoung) reported

@Bell_Support we are experiencing an outage for close to 24 hours now in the N9V area. I have spoken with technical support 3 times and it is still not showing on your outage site. I would like to check the status myself but it tells me there is no outage in my area.

  • PaulJames1987 Paul James (@PaulJames1987) reported

Very disappointed in @Bell @Bell_Support after 20 years of loyal service was offered not as good of a deal as new customers? Guess it’s time to jump to @Rogers

  • SlimChelvin Chelvin (@SlimChelvin) reported

@Bell_Support Day 37 without internet, at the corner of king and Peter in the Toronto. Is Bell Canada’s worst internet provider? Seems that way. I have had four technicians out, now my fifth was supposed to arrive today with a new modem, did not arrive, will be arriving tomorrow? Who knows

  • LucTaillefer2 Luc Taillefer (@LucTaillefer2) reported

@Senators @BradyTkachuk71 @Bell I expect the Sens to be so bad when they'll be back Saturday.

  • CallinghamPaul paul callingham (@CallinghamPaul) reported

@Senators @BradyTkachuk71 @Bell A great video. We’re so happy to have Brady in Ottawa. Sorry the weather sucks this time of year. We’re looking forward to the rest of season

  • Bdiddy18 Petroleros (@Bdiddy18) reported

Questions people don't ask enough - if your cell phone data plan is based on GB per month - then why does your bill break it down by MB - forcing the consumer to try to do the conversion. @telus @bell

  • litsonadleehi Łitso Nádleehi (@litsonadleehi) reported

Dear @Bell, making my caregiver go back to work in the office is likely to kill me. You are a piece of **** abusive company who violates human rights left, right and center.
