@Bell Your internet is 10 MB that’s megabytes wtf even bother? 10 Mb while the other guys 1.5 Terabytes. How many megabytes in a terabytes you might ask? 1000000 mb = to 1 terabyte again why even bother in my area 15 years fibe is coming it never cane!

@Bell maybe my “small business account” isn’t enough for you to want to pay attention to. I mean when you tell a customer to wait until the summer with no real solution it makes me wonder how new customers get fibe or are existing customers not enough?

@bell_support Confirmed with @sonimtech today they need to be sent back through Bell. @sonimtech says have Bell rep call them. Local Bell store says they can't do anything. It shouldn't be this hard. Please help?

While @rogers uses third party Canadian vendors in all departments, @Bell outsources internationally with techs being Bell employees. Both companies have great profit margins but treat their vendor employees like a number.

Hey @Bell I was wondering, for me to actually get fibe installed at my new location so my business can run, do I need to be bigger and maybe you will pay attention to me or is your only solution having someone tell me I have to wait until May or June to have internet?
