@Bell @CraveCanada what was the point of giving me six months of a useless subscription I can't even watch on my TV. Got my hopes up for nothing. I thought maybe I might get back in the crave train but I'll just cancel my account after one day cause you spit in my face.

@Bell_Support @Bell - How do you view when your modem leaves dead zones in a normal two storey home where Rogers works like a charm…. On top of it L3 confirms the issue, and then support tries to charge customers for wifi pod’s. Is this a service deficiency or an upsell?

@Bell_Support Discussed with Bell and if your modem does not cover your 2500+ sqft simple two storey home and Technical support advises to rectify the issue with pods then it’s a customer problem which customer needs to pay, since multiple factors affect Bell modem signals.

@Bell_Support And incredibly all she ever wanted was for you to cancel the line. She wasn’t asking for money. She wasn’t asking for credit. Just to cancel the damn line! Now she’s giving her last dollars to settle her account to keep her phone active. Truly disgusting

Hello @Bell recently I upgraded my device and got a new one from bell. The person from bell who was helping me over the phone told me that there will be a $50 processing fee on your bill but since you’re already a bell customer we can waive this off when the bill is generated but
