    Oh dear @Bell_Aliant @Bell as comms company, u don't communicate well. Customer returns modem in person. Bell neglects to tell customer to call to close acct. Customer has exorbitant outstanding fees (owed nothing at close of acct). Grievance form promised 5 wks ago. Not received

    @Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    @nath_beauregard @Bell You have to ask to speak to someone in the retention department to get a better deal the regular customer service people can’t make those offers.
