    @benmastin @Bell_Support Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to get an IP address. Then she told me there is an outage until 6pm.

    @Bell_Support Over 3 hours to get it done. Is this typical? The sad thing is it’s for her parents and they are existing bell customers. They are so upset at the service level you may lose their internet and phone service now.
