    @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

    I am switching from @Rogers to @Bell first thing tomorrow morning. @Rogers you guys should be ashamed of your customer service. Disgraceful. I’ve been calling everyday for 2 weeks to contact about a huge payment error on my account and cannot get through. Disgusting business
