    @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

    @Bell_Support I am surprised that my LTE data does not work when there is a power outage in my area, whereas other network in my house work without any issues! That’s terrible

    @Bell @Bell_Support newest idea for providing internet is an above ground wire from my place 15 houses down. No word on how to keep internet after someone runs over the cable with a mower. To be clear - fix this properly or go to hell. Still no internet btw. Order date March 3.

    @Bell Does this include remotes? I have 2 that are not working correctly. One has a malfunctioning power button, the other has the select button “sticky”

    @Bell_Support internet has been down for last 1 1/2hours here in North Bay, have power cycled modem, asked neighbours also seem to have same issues
