    @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

    @Bell_Support hey #Bell.. I’ve called you 20+ times to fix my Fibe TV connection issues. Each support worker troubleshoots, but can’t fix the problem permanently. Maybe quit passing the buck and actually do your jobs!

    @Bell_Support We're really angry with @Bell and will be talking about this far and wide for the rest of our lives. Bell is a joke for any kind of service. 3 hours on the phone and no mobile hub over a month later. Wow.

    @Bell_Support we were on the phone 3 hours to order a mobile hub we cannot get in stores. That was a month ago. Still no hub. You customer service is a joke.

    @Bell_Support IF we have our hub in under a week, we will continue our service with you. If not, we are going elsewhere. Other companies pretend to have unlimited plans, too. Geoffrey Laxton is an uncommon name so you should have no trouble looking it up.

    @Bell_Support You're missing the point...I have no issue with a local salesperson attending my house. I would like an explanation as to why bell is being irresponsible in a pandemic. Seems like profit over safety,

    Hey @Bell_Support I have had 4 visits from technicians, been on the chat/phone constantly over last 6 months and I am paying basically a mortgage for Fibe. Internet down more than working!!!! Not happy!!!!

    @MatthewFahey15 Landlords can be terrible. My landlord struggle is a whole book in itself & I had to put it aside to deal with my lawsuit & @Bell HR cutting my emotional support benefits during pandemic. Its terrible to experience callous behavior in a global crises like this omg
