    @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant After calling this evening and being put on hold for 45 MINUTES-YES...45 MINUTES! She hung up on me! Apparently it takes time 2 cancel DSL when you go 2 wireless! No phone call back & gonna charge me 4 modem?!?! #shameonyoubell

    @Bell_Support Changing passwords is impossible without a functioning email plus it is a royal pain in the backside. For the prices you charge I shouldn't be without any service. FIX IT.

    But it seems like all the people mentioned above want to make it as hard and as expensive as possible for Canadians to watch world class soccer. Why!? I wish Canadians would/ could do something about the terrible way @Bell and @Rogers operate all our media and communications.

    @TELUSsupport No I actually gave up and went into a store.I’ve also been trying to upgrade my phone online today but the site keeps crashing or not letting me process my CC payment. Waiting over an hour for online agent. Probably just going to sign up with @Bell because your service is awful

    Your customer service is TRASH! Been giving me the run around for about a week now, sending out technicians and not even giving the correct information. Including instructions this is ridiculous everyday I’m gunna call and be on hold for 4 hours? @Bell
