@Bell_Support Bell Let’s Talk-For a company that so pro communication in times of crisis, you’re horrible at it. My guess is you wouldn’t pay to have your social media ppl work on a STAT.

@Bell @Bell_Support is terrible! We have not had internet in over 36 hours and they have not given us any estimated time as to when it will come back either. My husband works from home, yes even on long weekends!! Horrible customer service!!

@sammh20fall @Bell_Support They’ve been having network failure ongoing since the beginning of the month, and haven’t said a word about it. It took almost an hour of me pressing a phone agent for what info I could get on the manner, and she said she was told by her manager “everyone” had been informed.

@Bell not having wifi isn’t the issue. The issue is calling bell waiting on hold for multiple hours in the last 48 hours the last time being told there would be internet by noon and someone would call to confirm. Why would you prefer to lie to customers?

@Bell_Support This is awful. Saturday was we were told it would be up by 6P Sunday, Sunday we were told today by 7P .. and now I’m reading people who have reached out and they’re saying the current ETA is tomorrow by 8A. I hope you guys are planning to credit your cms
