    @Bell company ******* sucks, the only thing I'd say Bell has over @Rogers is that your internet doesn't randomly turn off, which is the BARE MINIMUM for internet providers. Get better customer service representatives, #endmonopolies

  • cindywilhelm Cindy Wilhelm (lover of radio) Miss Radio Nerd. (@cindywilhelm) reported

    @jodyvance @Bell_Support That sucks.

  • crustaceansoup Crustacean Soup (@crustaceansoup) reported

    @Bell If you're in a highrise building with an independent fibre operator, pass on Bell. My latency with Rally is *ridiculously* low, several ms lower than Bell Fibe was, and I actually get 1000 down *and* up.

  • DavidReidsmith David ReidSmith (@DavidReidsmith) reported

    @Bell MAJOR FAIL on Fibe TV... STOP disconnecting my Internet to watch my football games!!! happens 3 weeks in a row! Getting sick and tired of this crap!

    @Bell How to get in touch with Fraud department? I’m not a Bell customer, but have an issue that needs to be investigated.

  • cirex cirex (@cirex) reported

    @Bell_Support I experience very reduced internet service every evening. We are on the Fibre 3.0 service and have latency and speed issues.

  • rockinpessimism George Graham (@rockinpessimism) reported

    @Bell_Support I cancelled my TV service after I told a sales rep (and your head office) that I would begin cancelling services if the sales calls didn't stop. I got another sales call this morning. Next: My home phone service. Unless you'd like to get in touch and make it stop?

  • itsEqualitee Christopher Savage (@itsEqualitee) reported

    your customer service has been absolute garbage since the outage. i am absolutely tired of it. maybe it is time to make the switch to @bell!

  • RoseGarde4 Rose Garde 🇨🇦 (@RoseGarde4) reported

    Thank you Bell Canada for responding to my Twitter and email with a phone call to straighten out an issue your chat tech could not. @bell_Support

  • McIlrat72 TMac (@McIlrat72) reported

    Hey @bell, between 3 @tsn and 4 @sportsnet channels I pay for, I’m looking at 3 of the same World Cup games and four, yes FOUR of the same darts match. What gives guys? Your service is not cheap. Am I asking too much for some variety between 7 channels?
