  So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

  @Bell your Custumor service is the worst !!! Got a 500$ fee and never got it fixed, it’s been 8 months... and the funny part is that I was a bell employee lol never ever going to deal with u again

  Today Today, @Bell must lose me as a customer 😭 My condo comes with internet, My workplace has Wi-Fi, I barely travel these days, Yet somehow I’m paying over $90/month for a phone plan, meanwhile I own my phone.
