    @Bell your Custumor service is the worst !!! Got a 500$ fee and never got it fixed, it’s been 8 months... and the funny part is that I was a bell employee lol never ever going to deal with u again

    So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

    @Bell added a $10 TV service charge to my internet bill i was explicitly told would be removed when purchased the internet. The receipt I have does not include the TV and they just added it without consent.

    @Bell_Support You spent over 30 years charging us for substandard service with your representatives offering the most time consuming and outlandish excuses. It was an inter generational struggle. After a six hour visit on Mother’s Day, and a promise to drill through the wall ….

    Any other #BellFibe customers in #Ottawa experiencing internet connection issues over the past 48 hrs? I've had to reset my modem multiple times throughout the day. Only fixes things temporarily before the connection drops again. @Bell_Support
