@Bell your Custumor service is the worst !!! Got a 500$ fee and never got it fixed, it’s been 8 months... and the funny part is that I was a bell employee lol never ever going to deal with u again

So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

@Space0ditty @Bell_Support I feel like nothing will change unless they’re forced to do so with policy changes, and I’m hoping they can happen now that the consequences are even more devastating with COVID. I’ve been fighting with them for years, and they do not give a crap.

What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

@Bell you should really train proper customer support reps. ordered a new phone last week to be told it’ll be here in 3-5 business days, was told after a few days that it’ll be up to 7 business days, and now today i find out i wont have it till after christmas thanks for nothing!

@karensd @Bell One of my happiest days was informing Bell I was cancelling my service. When they called me days later to offer me a deal to stay I said one of my representatives would be with them shortly and hung up :)

@Bell_Support 11 years I been using your service , I was late paying my bill and you guys cut me off . I paid , called and gave confirmation codes , you restored my connection just to cut me off again. Kindly go **** yourselves .
