@Bell_Support I dealt with this today myself. Spent 15 minutes waiting for an associate. Then another 30 minutes talking to 2 different people. Hopefully my problem is solved. I'm not Impressed with bell canada service.

@Bell_Support don’t call a customer to offer them discounts to come back to you and then charge them full price when their bill comes after 4 phone calls. What a joke. Now I’be been on hold for like 20 minutes waiting to talk to customer service.

@Bell_Aliant Just got of the line after being on hold for 2 hours and trying to contact @Bell_Support for 2 months. Error code 1000 6-12 times a day and was that "there was nothing we can do" from tech support level 2. 10+ years with @Bell_Aliant and this is how I am treated?
