So what’s the deal @TELUS? I need to return my #bringitback phone but you don’t have a new one for me. Making me buy the old one it is not good customer service. Others have the #iPhone12ProMax...why not me? Hey @Bell..any thoughts?

  • ChrysalisChris Chris Hitchcock (@ChrysalisChris) reported

@Bell_Support Thank you. Rebooted the modem. But still issues. Good to know it’s not a widespread outage. Should help us to narrow things down.

@peternowak Hahahahaha the "Gigabit" internet in Toronto by @Rogers is soooooooo slow so much of the time I have to either switch to mobile data or use my neighbours @Bell internet (with permission of course, and it is not much better most of the time). Oh CanadIAN BROADBAND

  • user14201 Craig (@user14201) reported

@Bell_Support They are just going to tell me to unplug it. I shouldn't have to spend so much time calling support because your Fibe system is broken. I charge $70/hour for my tech support, who do I send the bill to?

@Bell_Support Very Bad customer service by Bell support and Bell mobility. Been waiting for an more than hour twice. But Agent picked an call greeted and once after hearing our query disconnected the call. Preordering with Bell is a bad experience as everyone said.

  • user14201 Craig (@user14201) reported

@Bell_Support my Fibe TV has been cutting out all morning. Don't ask me to unplug it because I already have. This was also happening a couple weeks ago but fixed itself. How do I get this problem PERMANENTLY fixed and a refund for the days it didn't work correctly?
