@MrSeventy8 @Bell_Support I’m willing to be ok with mistakes happening. I get it. What I don’t get, is having to explain the problem to two Bell employees who couldn’t just look at it and come to the only conclusion that makes any sense. I insist that I paid that last bill for $0 on time.

@AdamBoulet @Bell_Support 100% but my gripe is countless automated errors that give credence to Bell's reputation. I'm convinced its a steady revenue they rely on. Clients simply not wanting to put up a fuss over 20$ and pay it. Not like Bell actively sends out "sorry we made a mistake" checks.
