    @Bell_Support There is no eta? This isn't an issue with my devices or modem. It states bell error 2000 which means outage. Outage report websites show people reporting outage for wifi. I really don't want to call on Christmas. Just would like an ETA.

    @Bell thank u for helping out a prepaid customer, I just got fired from my job because apparently u never received my payment this morning & now my phone doesn’t work. Like you say it’s my banks fault right. Thanks for helping me out. Definitely cancelling all my services with u.

    I am so annoyed with this new @CraveCanada app.. why ******** did they take it off on demand? It rarely works and now its asking me for my user name and password again, then it say temporarily unavailable. What a **** service @Bell Merry Christmas

    @Bell how bell treats it's former customers is what I have witnessed today. I called customer care to inquire about my 200 cad deposit for isd calling and the agent hung up on me. very rude fellow
