    @Bell_Support tells me to take my issue to@TU_Canada and @equifaxcanada they both require a letter of confirmation saying my account - WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN LATE - is up to date. For 3 months Bell has bounced me around to Customer Care and Loyalty reps and no one can provide this

    @Bell has TERRIBLE customer service. They are painful to talk to over the phone. It takes hours to get answers about simple tasks, and most of the time they don’t even complete the task!…which you find out about the next time you have to call. The company should be shutdown!

    @Bell_Support Getting 5 Mbps down and 200 Mbps on my gigabit connection. I don't truly expect gigabit most of the time, but this is crazy.

    @Bell Bell max 50 in my neighbourhood in burlington ontario. Cogeco is gigabit down 30 up. Guess who im using.

    @bell I didn’t come to Canada to be gaslit by telecom support reps. If I wanted that treatment I would have stayed in the US with @comcast. How do I reach a person who can do more than canned responses? Perhaps #ctrc
