    @Bell for 5 years I have been asking bell to fix an issue to which the tech was so confused. I called apple instead and apple was clear it’s definitely your service provider. When there’s a voice mail my phone freezes. Bell do you know how to fix the issue?

    @Bell_Support you escalated my very frustrating case, promised me a senior tech, he was unable to resolve the issue and told me he was returning but apparently I have to call to set up another appointment? This is how you escalate? Can someone please take ownership of my issue?

    oh @bell selling one thing, delivering another, and then not having anyone available to help a customer is #badservice. I'm not surprised, but just really need help to cancel my bait and switch home security @Bell_Support so I can go to elsewhere.

    @Bell_Support we pay for a hub 3000 that's supposed to keep our landline working during an outage, so why isn't it working with the outage in Burlington right now

    @Bell_Support So I called and asked for my security deposit back, spoke with someone at Bell but they never did anything so now I gotta wait another 30 days… On top I spoke with someone about my internet bill and said I would pay and you have no record of that either!
