    @Bell #bellsupport Your website says no outage in my area but nothing is working. The call center says there is an outage, on your website not , and like a joke agent says give us 24-48 hrs to fix the issue. Everyone is #workingfromhome

    Last chance, hoping people @Bell_Support can figure out why my modem randomly gives errors (Error 2000 - Network Authentication Failed, and Error 1202 - Configure HSI Service) happens almost daily and has been happening since Dec 2nd 2022. Ready to switch to Rogers if you can't.
