    @Bell_Support there is major internet/wifi issues in the Ottawa area. Many people are reporting it. I pay for your fastest Fibe internet and you don’t even meet the speeds you indicate we would get for download and uploads. It’s been weeks of days with crappy internet. Fix it.

    @CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST I understand but as a customer it's not fair that rate can increase within a year....having said that my only request is customer should get 1 year price protection from the date service start ....tomorrow / in future what if companies decided to increase every 3 month?

    The internet has been wonky all day. I guess @Bell is just reminding us that they really don’t care about service, because they really don’t have to.

    I hate telecoms. I called @bell to cancel my home phone & my bill increased. They have deals for new customers but as a 15+ year Bell customer there are no deals unless I keep a home phone #. And yes, I could keep the home phone & just not use it, but that is not the point.

    @Bell_Support since when do you need a customer’s drivers license to add a mobile phone to mine bill. I have been a customer since 2017 and tried to add a cell phone line and the guy demanded my drivers license number.

    @RedMama16 @Bell_Support Your not alone just had an outage at least for our home. And no way to figure out if it's just me or an outage. Would be nice if we could get actual answers and I don't blame the person running the social media account but we need actual information

    @bell did you really teach your drivers to fly thru shoulders across solid white lines and speed down on 401 ramps past traffic so stupidly? And in trucks plastered with Bell branding seems extra stupid.
