    @Bell_Support @legoatwins “Here to help?” I have been having problems with my bell mobility account and have been calling for 3 months. About 5 hours of my time spent on the phone. Everyone at bell acknowledges it’s YOUR mistake yet it’s still not fixed !! It’s unbelievable !!

    @MikeatLFPress @Bell_Support And I'll add, I'm not a Bell customer. But they had strung up a line across the front of my house, through my tree and connecting 3 doors down for MONTHS. When I complained finally, it was fixed.

    @Xcaliper @Bell @Rogers Heather, Rogers service is just as spotty this year. I run both to even out the coverages, but getting garbage with both.

    @bell Just spent two hours on the phone because my internet isn’t working properly. The agent’s solution after all that time was that I should turn it off and back on again if it’s not working. Great IT department you’ve got there.

    This sucks. @SamsungCanada seems to use very cheap adhesive on their phones. The back panel of mine is letting go. @Bell, what's the deal with selling defective products. This isn't the first time I've had issues with phones that you sell. The phone is just over two years old. 😠

    @Bell Might want to tell your cold call sales people that hanging up on potential customers is not the way to go. He didn’t like that I said no to home phone service.
