I call @Bell and they offer $15 credit toward a bill double that when she was paying for a plan that should have given her 10x more minutes. Way to take advantage of a elderly woman during a very scary time for her @Bell The optics are bad @Bell just not okay!

@Bell Hello Bell, landline service for an elderly lady has been down since the hurricane on a Saturday. How does she let the company know it is down? Her wifi high speed is working fine. Just no dial tone for the landline. This is HRM.

On a personal note, I just learned that #Bell #email is down, and a long wait for customer support resulted in this message "don't reset your password if prompted" 🙄 and no time estimate on when the issue will resolve. @Bell_Support

@Bell Yet my mom was charged for using 48 additional minutes on a plan that should have given her 100 minutes and not the 10 @Bell left her with after increasing the price…while her @Bell landline was down.
