    @Bell_Support looks like the internet is having a hard time this Thanksgiving. Pay for gigabit and get 200 down 180 up and then the internet just goes out. Calling support pains me because I literally went to school for IT and built my own networks. What a time to be alive in 🇨🇦

    @Bell_Support What's going on with your Mobility network? Live near Valentia, ON. Dropped calls, no network available, incoming goes straight to voice-mail. 2 bars at best with H+ or LTE, never the usual LTE+. Been like this for couple of weeks - ticket #323813

    @Bell_Support we have had no service for 2 days in Oshawa in the Park Road and Adelaide area. What is the problem. My 90 year old mother had had no phone service. She can't call out or receive calls.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

    @Bell_Support HA! No DMs. I'm not even customer and I had the worst customer service today including being disconnected twice, given misinformation by a rep and standing in a @Bell store for 2+hrs because your systems don't work together.

    @Bell my home internet bill has increased 80% since last year. The customer service emphasises the service that used to be $90 last year is worth $120. What sort of inflation adjustment is this?
