@mcq_erin @Bell Thanks, Erin. Me, too. She has some physical health issues, so I worry about her not being able to call if she needs help. I am not sure why @Bell didn't even show up today.

What gives, @Bell_Support ? My mom, a senior living alone, lost her phone, tv and internet last night. A technician was booked to come between 3 and 5 today to fix it. No one came. Now my mom has to wait until tomorrow between 3-5. 2 days without a way to contact people.

@Bell_Support Is there another number to call for tech support aside from calling 310-BELL?? One that won’t try to upsell me? lol... I mean I’m happy for the most part. That was a huge failing of @RogersBiz - they solicited their existing clients into wanting to leave lol

@Bell_Support, struggling with your customer service consistency while trying to address an over billing issue after my plan matured. Days have passed.

@maryannem_ @Bell @DIGICELJamaica I'm done, finally. Four hours and ten minutes. That's how long it took to straighten out an old Bell billing issue and arrange to have internet installed in the second house in Quebec. That's four hours of work time lost, but I did do some laundry.

BELL Canada forces my senior parents (in their 80’s) into internet service with a modem!! No computers, no smart phones... because billing would be cheaper??? Make sense? @BellCanadaWatch #bellcanada #scammers @Bell
