    @Bell_Support I have contacted support to resolve the issue (which is being worked on right now). The problem is that you rebooted the router/modem without asking (which severs all connections) and no ability for me to stop it.

    @Bell_News @Bell Worst company ever they started overcharging our bill. Than we called to discuss it with them. They were wording everything wrong and it made no sense. Eventually they just hung up on us. This company is extremely rude and overcharging in a pandemic. Don’t use and bell products!

    @Bell just gave me one of the strangest customer experiences ever. I just moved two houses and 7 people worth of business from a competitor to Bell and even signed up for other services. On losing my phone two days ago I was told they could not sell me a replacement! Sorry sir?

    @bell my husband keep missing work because @bell does not care about fixing my ongoing issue, their lack of service is unacceptable, nobody is taking responsibility for it

    Hey @Bell I was actually using my services (multi-tasking as they say) while navigating your menu as I anticipated being on hold for a long time. You have no created an unplanned service outage. Awesome.
