    @Bell_Support I would like to know why you’re company can’t get their crap together! Your company is 142 years old. Probably one of the longest running companies in telecommunications. With that being said why can’t you fix the internet issues we are having? Get it together

    @Bell I live in Summerside Edmonton and I can’t answer my cell in my own house because the service here is so bad, but my partner’s @Rogers phone works just fine. Want to tell me how I can live in Alberta’s capital and now have cell coverage?

    Can anyone recommend a TV and Internet service other than Bell or Rogers? My Bell line was severed by a contractor over 9 weeks ago and Bell has still not fixed it (temporary fix) and I have only 60% capacity. Thanks! @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support @Bell 6 days tomorrow with no services. Completely unacceptable. Been told same script for five days. I would appreciate you telling me you have no idea why I have no services instead of saying your technicals are working diligently to fix the issue

    @cbcmarketplace have you heard from others about @Bell_Support @Bell charging consumers for data to cover home internet service that wasn’t functioning for weeks? Home internet was down Aug 22 - Sept 10; data was promised; went over data allotment, and then overage charge of $1k

    Hey @bell. My 77yo mother in law has been without her landline for 4 days. You keep giving her a timeline to fix it but not fixing it. The landline is supposed to be reliable and keep her safe!!! Help!
