I would highly advise anyone I know to avoid Bell products if you actually care about support when there are issues...the "support" they provide is embarrassing to put it mildly... At this point I'd endorse @Rogers over them as difficult as that is to believe... @Bell_Support

Dear @Bell_Support I was sold FibeTV on top of my home internet with a promise that I could cancel it anytime without affecting my internet price. Now the customer service tells me the internet price would go up if I cancel FIbeTV. Did you lie to me?

@Bell_Support several weeks of internet dropping and 2 separate in house service calls that are “all good” and still internet dropping several times a day! Just got cut off with “Level 2” support! Unbelievable waste of my time. Need this issue resolved…..now what???

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.
