@Bell my 96yr old WWII vet neighbour had his Bell line snapped yesterday by a @WasteManagement truck. Police were involved and Bell told Police they were on their way as of 2pm yesterday. Never showed. Bell said they would be here today between 3&5pm. Never showed. What’s up??

@Bell this is a joke. My senior citizen father has been trying to get his phone and internet hooked up for 3 days. He has been on the phone for over 2 hours. This is absolutely awful. How dare you put an old man through this. HOW DARE YOU! WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. BRUTAL

@Bell @HydroOne Already 1 Month, simple phone line damage issue. Both of these big companies! are not able to fix it, and finding stupid reasons for pointing at each other. I want to fix my damaged bell line to fix, that is it. Is there anybody doing the job properly?

@BadLibrarian @Bell We were both up for renewal so we tried to port my wife's line over from Rogers, but @Bell was going to charge us almost $50/month *more* to share data on two numbers than were paying being with separate carriers. An actual disincentive to become their customer. Absolute madness.

I also learned today that @Bell flagged my credit score claiming I owe them money when I do not owe them anything at all. So I now have that lie permanently on my credit record too. **** you @Bell!

Hey @Bell can you stop improving my neighborhood? Your "improvements" have cut through my cable line twice in the last week, resulting in multiple days of loss of service. Please stop.
